New Explanations by Mr. Adnan Oktar (29 November 2013)
Explanation of verses from Surat An-Naba and Surat Al-Mursalat by Mr. Adnan Oktar
Surat An-Naba, Verses 1-2
"About what are they asking one another? About the momentous news."
In this verse, together with a reference to the Last Day, there is also a reference to the portents of the Last Day. "About what are they asking one another?" What are we asking each other right now? When will the Last Day come? Did Hazrat Mahdi come? If he did come, where is he? Did Jesus Messiah come? If he did, where is he? These are the matters that are constantly on the agenda. "About the momentous news." The Islamic Union is also momentous news, the Last Day is also momentous news, and so are the descent of Jesus Messiah (pbuh) and the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh).
Surat An-Naba, Verse 3
"The thing about which they differ."
People differ about Jesus Messiah (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). Some of them say, "He is going to come" and some say, "He is not going to come." All the portents have been realized but they still say, "He is not going to come." If hundreds of portents have all come true, you can say, "He won't come" as much as you like. Let us say that there is a car that you wait for and it comes with all its glory. You hear its noise, you can say, "It won't come" as much as you like, but it will be there.
And in the verse it states; "...the thing about which they differ." Also about the Last Day; Bediuzzaman says that the Last Day is imminent. But some people say; "It will come a million years from now." And the other one says, "It will happen three hundred from now." The truth of the matter is that it can come at any minute. But we believe what Bediuzzaman said is correct. Hijri 1545, God knows the truth.
Surat An-Naba, Verse 4
"No indeed! They will soon know!"
What will they know? They will soon know the appearance of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), the coming of Jesus Messiah (pbuh), the Islamic Union and the Last Day.
Surat Al-Mursalat, Verses 28-29
"On that Day, woe to the deniers! Proceed to that which you denied!"
God says; "You've been denying these things, but now you will suffer this punishment."
Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 30
"Proceed to a shadow which forks into three"
It is separated into three branches; one, two, three. Three giant shadows in the Hereafter.
Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 31
"But gives no shade or protection from the flames,"
They will never be saved. They will not be saved in the shade either. They will never be saved from the flames.
Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 32
"Shooting up great sparks the size of castles,"
The appearance of hell is different for the angels there and for the unbelievers. The flames are seen as castles to the angels: Almighty God says this specifically. What appears to be a flame, a fire will appear to be a castle to the angels.
Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 33
"Like a herd of yellow camels."
For instance, they are also seen as decorated herd of yellow camels. But they are seen as fire to the unbelievers.
Surat Al-Mursalat, Verses 34-35
"On that Day, woe to the deniers! This is the Day they will not say a single word,"
That is because they will not have the strength to speak. They do not have that strength because of the physical conditions [on the Last Day]. And if they lie, their lie will be discovered anyway.
Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 36
"Nor will they be allowed to offer any excuses."
That is because they would come up with excuses if you let them. They would talk at length. God does not let them not to disturb the Muslims. Because they are used to demagoguery, they talk on and on. God puts them directly into Hell.
Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 37
"On that Day, woe to the deniers!"
The crooks belabor and ramble on and on in this world as well. They defraud, even though they are wrong; this disturbs Muslims . It is obvious that they are lying. Now this habit of theirs doesn't change, they don't give that up: They continue it in the Hereafter as well. That is why God says; "...this is the Day they will not say a single word, nor will they be allowed to offer any excuses." They have no permission for that.
