New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (4 December 2013)

The hadiths of our Prophet (saas) regarding the incidents taking place in Syria

Related from Jaber, Imam Jafari Sadiq "I will not be able to see those times but if you live in that time there will be a call from the skies …" meaning a call through radio and television "… Jabiyya region of Syria will be razed down." Actually Jabiyya has really been razed down in Syria. "… Turkish people will set foot to the peninsula," so Turkey must somehow set foot on that peninsula as our Prophet (saas) says so in his hadiths. "… at that time conflicts will take place all around the world. Damascus will be razed down. There will be three banners. The banner of the companions…" meaning the banner of the devout people. "Baka's banner,…" Baka appears to be the  PKK, etc. As far as I understand that is their banner, "… and the banner of the Sufyan." Meaning Al-Assad. Jabiyya is an important region of Syria.

Related from Ismael bin Mahram, from İsmail bin Mahram, Ibn-i Amire and Harzami; I have asked from Imam Jafari Sadiq; "What should we do when Sufyan appears from Damascus?" So they asked "What should we do there?" "Imam Jafari Sadiq responded; "When five regions of Damascus- Syria- are occupied, you should go to the owner of the time, Sahib-ul Amr (Mahdi)."  Right now Syria has been divided into five. Exactly "5" says our Prophet (saas), Syria has been divided into five and this took place in the papers. Our Prophet (saas) said this word by word.

Surat al-Haqqah, Verse 34

"Nor did he urge the feeding of the poor."

Meaning they did not support any efforts to favor and watch over  the poor. This verse alone is enough proof to wipe out poverty from the face of this world. That is because no one would like to stoop to this position. "Nor did he urge the feeding of the poor." In this case, those who feed the poor would have to urge the clothing of the poor as well. They have to give them houses to live in. I mean that verse is so well-defined that there would be no poor left. That is because everyone is responsible for supporting the poor as this is a verse addressing all Muslims. Now we are asking, for instance; "Do you not urge the feeding of the poor?" He responds; "Yes I do" We ask; "How much?" "A little" he responds. That is not what the verse implies. It should be in the most complete sense of the word.

Surat Al-Mudathir, Verse 44

"And we did not feed the poor."

They are asking the people of  Hell, and in response they say; "We did not feed the poor." That is our mistake; that is our reason for going to hell.  In this case there should be no poor left in order to be saved from  hell. That is because hell is a threat so long as you don't feed all the poor.  Let us say that you have fed a hundred poor people and did not feed another hundred. What would you have said if they said; "No, he did not feed us." If only there is one poor person you could be the subject of the verse "And we did not feed the poor." If you do not buy them their clothes, give them housing and give them some means, you would be subject to the aforementioned verse. It is not only feeding that is meant there. One might have things to eat but can die because of the cold. The verse is so clear that is not possible to miss that point.

Surat Al-Insan, Verse 8

"They give food, despite their love for it, to the poor and orphans and captives… "

Look, they are treating the captives nicely as well. Almighty God considers orphans, captives and the needy as the same. They show compassion to all of them.  People normally denigrate captives, they make them grovel. But in Islam the poor, orphans and the captives are at the same status. So you have to feed them with quality food. You cannot treat them badly just because they are captives. You have to feed them with what you eat and dress them with what you wear.

Surat Al-Fajr, Verse 18

"Nor do you urge the feeding of the poor;"

That is a cause for being sent to hell. Everyone has to urge each other to feed the poor until there will be no poor people, as this urging would not come to an end if there are poor people around. For this urge to stop, for this command to be fulfilled, there has to be no more poor people around. So long as there are poor people in need, you have to urge the feeding of the poor night and day.

Surat Al- Ma’un, Verse 3

"… and does not urge the feeding of the poor."

The whole Islamic world is subject to this verse. That is why when Mahdi appears, Almighty God will do away the application  of these verses. So there will be no more poor people. Everyone would become rich. In this respect there would be no more risk of going to hell because of this: That is because God says if your brother or sister is in a difficult situation while you have plenty, the response to this is hell. That is because He says; "I have entrusted you these possessions. Actually everything belongs to Me. I have given them to you for you to give to your brothers yet you watch them grovel. And you did not warn them, you have had means but you did not use them and that is an offense"

Surat An-Nisa, Verse 37

"As for those who are tight-fisted and direct others to be tight-fisted, and hide the bounty God has given them, We have prepared a humiliating punishment for those who are unbelievers."

"As for those who are tight-fisted and direct others to be tight-fisted." Saying to others; "Keep your fist tight, do not give anyone your possessions. If you want to become rich, present yourself as if you are very poor and do not give anyone any money.” Look, the verse says; "direct others..." they tell others to be tight-fisted.  He doesn't give himself and he prevents others from doing so. "… and hide the bounty God has given them."  He says; "I am groveling myself." That is something many of the merchants do. They keep saying; "We are at the verge of bankruptcy. We have no earnings, We are ruined.” Actually they have a lot of money even though they say; "I am poor myself, how can I give anyone any money, I don't have any money anyway." That is why the system Qur'an brings is one that demolishes capitalism from the core and that brings about an amazing social justice.

Surah Muhammad, Verse 38

Here you are then: people who are called upon to spend in the Way of God and then some of you are tight-fisted! But whoever is tight-fisted is only tight-fisted to himself. God is Rich and you are poor. If you turn away, He will replace you with a people other than yourselves and they will not be like you.

"If you turn away…" if you do not keep My words, says God. "… He will replace you with a people other than yourselves and they will not be like you." They will be more humble and more generous, they will distribute more. "… and they will not be like you." This is a verse that refers to the system of the Mahdi. A brand new system, a brand new belief will be formed. Our Prophet (saas) says; "They will distribute the goods without counting in the time of Hazrat Mahdi." Look "… and they will not be like you." God says, "I will replace you with a people other than yourselves and they will not be like you." And that people is the Turkish nation and the system of the Mahdi. They will show generosity and love to the whole world, together with the Arabs and the other nations, insha'Allah. Everyone will be saved from selfishness, ill wishes and evil thoughts under the leadership of the system of the Mahdi, insha'Allah.

New Explanations by Mr. Adnan Oktar (29 November 2013)

Explanation of verses from Surat An-Naba and Surat Al-Mursalat by Mr. Adnan Oktar

Surat An-Naba, Verses 1-2

"About what are they asking one another? About the momentous news."

In this verse, together with a reference to the Last Day, there is also a reference to the portents of the Last Day. "About what are they asking one another?" What are we asking each other right now? When will the Last Day come? Did Hazrat Mahdi come? If he did come, where is he? Did  Jesus Messiah come? If he did, where is he?  These are the matters that are constantly on the agenda. "About the momentous news." The Islamic Union is also momentous news, the Last Day is also momentous news, and so are the descent of  Jesus Messiah (pbuh) and the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh).

Surat An-Naba, Verse 3

"The thing about which they differ."

People differ about Jesus Messiah (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). Some of them say, "He is going to come" and some say, "He is not going to come." All the portents have been realized but they still say, "He is not going to come." If hundreds of portents have all come true, you can say, "He won't come" as much as you like. Let us say that there is a car that you wait for and it comes with all its glory. You hear its noise, you can say, "It won't come" as much as you like, but it will be there.

And in the verse it states; "...the thing about which they differ." Also about the Last Day; Bediuzzaman says that the Last Day is imminent. But some people say; "It will come a million years from now." And the other one says, "It will happen three hundred from now." The truth of the matter is that it can come at any minute. But we believe what Bediuzzaman said is correct. Hijri 1545, God knows the truth.

Surat An-Naba, Verse 4

"No indeed! They will soon know!"

What will they know? They will soon know the appearance of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), the coming of Jesus Messiah (pbuh), the Islamic Union and the Last Day.

 Surat Al-Mursalat, Verses 28-29

"On that Day, woe to the deniers! Proceed to that which you denied!"

God says; "You've been denying these things, but now you will suffer this punishment."

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 30

"Proceed to a shadow which forks into three"

It is separated into three branches; one, two, three. Three giant shadows in the Hereafter.

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 31

"But gives no shade or protection from the flames,"

They will never be saved. They will not be saved in the shade either. They will never be saved from the flames.

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 32

"Shooting up great sparks the size of castles,"

The appearance of hell is different for the angels there and for the unbelievers. The flames are seen as castles to the angels: Almighty God says this specifically. What appears to be a flame, a fire will appear to be a castle to the angels.

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 33

"Like a herd of yellow camels."

For instance, they are also seen as decorated herd of yellow camels. But they are seen as fire to the unbelievers.

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verses 34-35

"On that Day, woe to the deniers!  This is the Day they will not say a single word,"

That is because they will not have the strength to speak. They do not have that strength because of the physical conditions [on the Last Day]. And if they lie, their lie will be discovered anyway.

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 36

"Nor will they be allowed to offer any excuses."

That is because they would come up with excuses if you let them. They would talk at length. God does not let them not to disturb the Muslims. Because they are used to demagoguery, they talk on and on. God puts them directly into Hell.

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 37

"On that Day, woe to the deniers!"

The crooks belabor and ramble on and on in this world as well. They defraud, even though they are wrong; this disturbs Muslims . It is obvious that they are lying. Now this habit of theirs doesn't change, they don't give that up: They continue it in the Hereafter as well. That is why God says; "...this is the Day they will not say a single word, nor will they be allowed to offer any excuses." They have no permission for that.

New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (28 November, 2013)

Explanations of verses from Surat Al-Wa'qia and Surat An-Nisa by Mr. Adnan Oktar

Surat Al-Wa'qia, Verse 61

"… In replacing you with others the same as you and re-forming you in a way you know nothing about."

"In replacing you with others the same as you…" So the soul remains but God changes the body with others. "… and re-forming you in a way you know nothing about." So God says it is not possible for you to know anything about this "re-forming" with the science you have now.  That is because the foundation of science changes as the laws of physics change, as the laws of chemistry change, as the laws of biology change. What does God say; " a way you know nothing about." So we cannot know anything for now but we will know later on, we will know in the Hereafter. Almighty God creates logic in the Hereafter as well. For instance, this is the task of the heart and this is the task of the lungs; so there will be logic behind everything in the Hereafter as well.

Surat al-Wa'qia, Verse 62

"You have known the first formation, so will you not pay heed?"

You see the structure of the cells, you see the chromosomes, the vacuole, mitochondria and everything, you see the structure of the cytoplasm, you see the structure of viruses, and you know everything. "So will you not think, pay heed, see the depths of things and admire God?" Says God.

Surat Al-Wa'qia, Verses 63-64

"Have you thought about what you cultivate? Is it you who make it germinate or are We the Germinator?"

Who is the One Who gives that power to the seed? Let us say that you plant a seed in the soil. Let us use the comparison Bediuzzaman uses; a fig. It has a seed as big as the head of a pin, it falls on the soil; 30 years later  you come and find a 30 meter high tree which gives 300,000 fruits and the code of the coming generations is inside that seed. All those big delicious figs. What is the cause behind that? It is a seed as big as the head of a pin. Let us think about this in an expedited fashion. The seed falls on the soil, it becomes a big tree and the fruits of that tree develop, there is a rain of figs. Tons of figs are collected every year. Fruits are flowing like the sea from that tree. The root of the tree is inside the soil. That is it.

Surat An-Nisa, Verse 172

"The Messiah would never disdain to be a servant to God nor would the angels near to Him. If any do disdain to worship Him, and grow arrogant, He will in any case gather them all to Him."

Look, the Messiah and the angels near to Him -meaning Gabriel and Michael- would never disdain to be a servant to God. Almighty God is talking about a person who is in the same place with the angels. There is a person who is together with the angels. Who is this? That is Jesus Messiah. What does Almighty God say for him?  The Messiah and the angels near Him, God doesn't mention any other Prophet like this.  There is a person who worships together with the angels. Who is this person? Jesus Messiah. This verse is one of the signs that show the Jesus Messiah is in the skies. "The Messiah would never disdain to be a servant to God nor would the angels near to Him." Meaning they are all worshipping, they have submitted to God, they are all servants to God.

"If any do disdain to worship Him, and grow arrogant, He will in any case gather them all to Him."

"If any do disdain to worship him…" There is also a mention of worshipping God. Jesus Messiah is in the skies worshipping God, and the angels are worshiping Him as well. Jesus Messiah is standing, bowing and prostrating together with the angels. That is why Almighty God says 'Jesus Messiah and the angels near to Him'; Gabriel and Michael and other angels which will enable his descent, as defined in the hadiths, there are thousands of angels helping him. They are all performing their prayers and worshiping. But what the verse implies here is that Jesus Messiah is together with the angels near Him, Gabriel, Michael and the Angel of the Trumpet, and many other angels we don't know of. These are angels that are leading the other angels. Jesus Messiah is living together with them in the same environment.

Surat An-Nisa, Verse 174

"Mankind! A clear proof has come to you from your Lord. We have sent down a Clear Light to you."

In this verse, the Clear Light refers to the Qur'an in a sense, but it also refers to the descent of the Jesus Messiah. "A clear proof has come to you from your Lord. We have sent down a Clear Light to you."

New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (26 November 2013)

Explanations of the hadiths regarding Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) by Mr. Adnan Oktar

A hadith of our Prophet (saas) related by Baqir Sherif Kureys from The Life of Imam Mahdi translated by Sayyid Athar Huseyin;

"In order to indoctrinate fear and admiration into the hearts of his opponents, Imam Mahdi will receive help," from God. Meaning they will fear the power of his knowledge, not from his slap, not from his fist. That is because he is actually a stand-alone person. They will feel both fear and admiration. That is a fear of defeat and the admiration is for his power. "In order to indoctrinate fear and admiration to the hearts of his opponents, Imam Mahdi will receive help, and the earth will- spiritually- get under His (Mahdi's) control and will unearth its treasures for him." "His reign will spread over the East and the West. God Who has power on all things will exalt the True Religion over every other religion, even though the idolaters detest it." There is a verse in the Qur'an saying the exact same thing. "In his (Mahdi's) time the arid land will regain its strength." For instance, he makes the lands which became arid and turned into deserts all green again and makes them all beautiful. "… and the world will germinate its greenery." I mean this also points out to new plants. "People will be showered with blessings the likes of which have never been seen before." The blessings of God will spread all around, insha'Allah.

New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (24 November 2013)

(Bediuzzaman - Letters; 370- 371)

Bediuzzaman says something that has very newly attracted my attention: “Eighty percent of the human beings are not people of inquiry and investigation.” They are not investigative he says, “... to attain the truth and recognize the truth as the truth.”  What does eighty percent mean? It means almost all of them. Only twenty percent of them can be named as people of inquiry and investigation.

Based on their good assumptions, it may be they accept what they hear from acceptable and reliable people by imitating the example."  Meaning they take acceptable and trustworthy people as role models  and take after them by imitating them.

What is more they regard a powerful truth as weak in the hands of a weak person."  That, for instance, is an important point. We are talking about the hadiths of our Prophet (saas). But if these miracles we've been talking about were to be presented by the most influential media organs of the world, they would shake the world. "What is more they regard a powerful truth..." For instance, a great miracle of our Prophet (saas). " weak, in the hands of a weak person." So they say "These are not important." We are talking about the hadiths of our Prophet (saas) and say that they have been realized exactly as foretold by our Prophet (saas) but they regard it as something weak. ".. and if they were to see a trivial matter in the hands of a worthy person.." a trivial matter, for instance, something that one should not even take notice of, were to be held by a "worthy person.."  A worthy person or an important media organ, an important news agency were to cover that matter, "… they regard it as a worthy matter." They see it as an important matter, meaning they attach importance to that. What is meant here by a "Worthy person" is an important news source; the sources that shake the world when they announce something.

"And based on this, in order to avoid depreciating the worth of the facts of faith and the Qur'an..." facts leading to faith and the miracles of the Qur'an, "... in the hands of a weak and worthless wretched person like myself, in the eyes of the general public, I would have to declare that someone is employing us without us knowing or willing."   Meaning Almighty God employs us, he says; "...and without us knowing, He makes us work on important matters." I am not even aware of it, but Almighty God makes me work, he says.

"The proof we have is that, without us being aware or willing, we are granted the Help... " the Help of Almighty God "… and all sorts of benefits. If that is the case, we have to declare that help in a loud voice." We have to explain those blessings of Almighty God to everyone.

"Without your Imam and Guide (Mahdi) what will your situation be when you hate each other? You will be intensely refined by then; you will be distinguished and eliminated. There will be famine. One will be a leader in the morning and then killed in the evening." (Awaited Mahdi, Allama Baqir Al-Majlisi, Biharul Anwar, Volume 13 (Old Edition)/ Volume 52-52-53 (New Edition))

That actually is something seen in the End Times. They make someone a leader and then kill him immediately. That has happened in Iran, in Lebanon and in many other places. This has happened in many places in the Arabic countries. One after the other; leaders being killed in a flash is something that coincides with the End Times.

In Surat Al-Kahf, God mentions two children whose parents are Muslims. One of them is the dajjal (anti-christ). The verse states; "We feared that he would darken their days with excessive insolence and unbelief."  Look, this is an excessively insolent person in unbelief and he uses force. These are all characteristics of the anti-christ; insolence and unbelief. And that makes people worry and fear. "We feared" says Khidr (pbuh). But there is also the mention of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). A mention of a child with the temperament of the Mahdi: What is his specialty? He is pure and clean. That is his first characteristic; clean, pure both bodily and spiritually. And secondly he is benevolent. Thirdly he is compassionate. These are all the characteristics of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh).

There is a mention of a wall. Everything has been explained with symbols. Those who look carefully into the Qur'an will see all the secrets of the system of the Mahdi in the Qur'an. There is a wall.  And the Qur'an states that there is a treasure underneath that wall. The ark of the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) is underneath that wall. That is a wall somewhere.

There are two orphans in the city. One of them is Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) and the other is the Prophet Jesus Messiah (pbuh). Both of them are orphans: That is because the Prophet Jesus Messiah (pbuh) doesn't have a father anyway. And in the accounts it is stated that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will lose his father when he is young.

Look, the verse states; "underneath".  ".. There was a treasure underneath it." That is a treasure belonging to the Prophet Jesus Messiah (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). "Their father was one of the righteous..." Who is their father? Our Prophet (saas). When will they find that Holy Ark and the holy relics? When they come of age. I mean, there is a time that God will make them live through and progress in good morality. And when the time comes, the verse state that they will; "... unearth their treasure as a mercy from your Lord." That means they will unearth their treasure themselves. I mean that treasure will not be found when they are not there looking. The treasure will be found during a search they will attend. They will witness the finding of that treasure. Both Jesus Messiah (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will be among the searching group.

"They continued until they boarded a boat.. " Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) and Jesus Messiah (pbuh) together. And there is a boat where they are. They are at the Bosporus, there are boats all around. And there is something specifically stressed on. What is emphasized is that people will not be able to bear with what Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) does. They will not be able to bear with him. They will be surprised. They will have objections. That is intensely emphasized in the Qur'an. "He said, ‘Did I not tell you that you would not be able to bear with me?’" (Surat Al-Kahf; 75)

An important characteristic of Surat Al-Kahf, as you know, is that it has 110 verses. And it is the 18th Surah. 110X18=1980: It gives the date 1980. The appearance date of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh).

And in the 81st verse, there is the mention of the coming of a pure, compassionate child.

(Surat Al-Kahf, 84)

"We gave him power and authority on the earth and granted him a way to everything."

"We gave him power and authority on the earth." It means up until then, there were some Powers in the world but none of them had the authority. None of the Powers in the world are sound and authorized. The authorized power will be in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh).  "... and granted him a way to everything."  We granted him ways to everything, We granted him all sorts of means, all sorts of technological means and all sorts of facileness.

(Surat Al-Kahf, 90)

"Until he reached the rising of the sun and found it rising on a people to whom We had not given any shelter from it."

In the 90th verse, the sun rises on a people. Insha'Allah, there might be a reference to A9 in this verse. That is because it presents beauty and knowledge to people. Of course, there are many meanings to it, but because we are a channel serving  the system of the Mahdi, there is also a sign in  that.

(Surat Al-Kahf, 93)

"… Until he arrived between the two barriers where he found a people scarcely able to understand speech." The abjad calculation gives the year 2013. “...until he arrived between the two barriers.” For instance, Marmaray is a barrier to two seas. You name the dam which is made and which prevents water from passing by a barrier It stops the flow of water. There are two barriers; one to go, and one to come back. What is said in the verse? “...he arrived between the two barriers.” Meaning he reached the entrance. There are also signs in this. There are two barriers that protect from the sea. The access point where people enter and where people exit; one for going, one for returning. This means he reached the main gate. There is also a sign in this.

(Surat Al-Kahf, 94)

"They said, ´Dhu´l-Qarnayn! Yajuj and Majuj are causing corruption in the land. Can we, therefore, pay tribute to you in return for your constructing a barrier between us and them?"

That means there is anarchy at that time. There is bloodshed all over the world, there is terror. That is a reference to everyone who terrorizes people and sheds blood.

(Surat Al-Kahf, 91)

"Our knowledge encompasses all that happened to him."

Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will also have knowledge that encompasses all that happened. He will not get into needless details and get sucked in these details like some other scholars. He will encompass the essence of things; he will explain the wisdom behind it. He would thus be explaining everything in a short and concise manner. That will also be true for religion. He will also be explaining Islam sententiously with wisdom. Consequently, the ummah will not be suffocated with unnecessary details. That is because satan suffocated the ummah, the majority of the ummah, with unnecessary details. And the satan played a trick, a trick against Islam and that will be annihilated, insha'Allah.

New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (23 November 2013)

Satan develops a sort of familiarity towards the miracles of our Prophet (saas). I mean a sense of seeing them as normal develops. Getting used to important facts and wonders is very dangerous. That is one of the points a Muslim should work on the most. For instance, one studies the structure of the cell and feels out of breath but an intense wave of familiarity at the back of his mind would constantly suck that knowledge. It constantly suppresses that amazing information.   Getting too used to wonderful incidents is a disaster. For instance, one hears about the miracles of our Prophet (saas), his eyes  fill with tears, he feels astonished and then familiarity swallows him in an instant. People have a tendency towards getting used to everything. One needs to resist that.

Prophets never give way to such familiarity. For instance, that is a characteristic of the Prophet Jesus Messiah (pbuh). With a very sharp mind, he recognizes everything. When familiarity comes, it doesn’t have an impact on his mind. That familiarity doesn’t harm that knowledge, that fact: By familiarity I mean getting used to certain things and taking it in stride. One needs to pray to God to be protected against familiarity in that sense, saying, "My Lord, please protect me from getting too used to miraculous events. Make the impact of this wonderful knowledge rule over my heart and my soul. Protect me from getting too used to this valuable information which conduces my faith, and ruining it."

Getting too used to certain things might sometimes be beneficial in one respect.  For instance, a person experiences a saddening incident in his own life and he submits himself to God. Some people do not feel such a submission but after a while they get used to it. By getting used to that fact, they no longer feel disturbed by that sorrow. Or something that would bother him might happen. Then one gets used to that and develops a resistance towards it. Getting used to wonderful information however is a disaster. One needs to be very careful about that.

For instance, the kidneys recognize the atoms and molecules in the blood one by one. Atoms and molecules cannot be seen with microscopes, a person cannot see that. Cells do not have eyes, they do not have noses, they do not have hands, they do not have arms; they don’t have any of those. These are simply cells, cells of the kidney. Yet they look into the blood, recognize the materials that might be harmful to man and say “These are harmful, I am taking these out.” How about the beneficial ones? They say “These can remain.” Well my brother, there are hundreds, thousands of beneficial molecules and there are hundreds, thousands of useless ones. How are you able to differentiate between them? These cells recognize them the moment they arrive. And they say, “You can be beneficial for me, you can pass through. You are ammonia, you are no use for me, so I am discarding you.” “How about you? This is another molecule. You have no use for me. How about this one? That is beneficial, you can pass by.” That is an amazing thing. And these cells do that night and day even while we are sleeping, while we are walking, etc. They are patiently doing this cleansing, quietly, day and night. Now what is this? This alone is information that will be instrumental for a person to believe in God completely, in the perfect sense. But with familiarity, getting used to such information sinks into this, the mind would be distorted. The mind will be confused and go elsewhere. Familiarity sucks out that information and ruins it.

Familiarity and getting used to things might be beneficial in one respect: That is a characteristic given to humans by God in order to protect them from being ruined by the fear of God.  That is because normally, one would  perish by the fear of God, may God forbid. One would die of it; I mean one would not be able to handle that fear. But through familiarity and getting used to it, God calms people. Through familiarity, this feeling would be washed away from people.  It enables people to be calmer. I mean, it is like a tranquilizer for people: Getting used to certain facts is like psychological tranquilizer.

Hazrat Ali (ra) says, “In the End Times, one of my sons from my line will appear. His complexion will be a white and red mixture. He will have a wide stomach, he will have big thighs, and his shoulders will be straight and broad. The sign on his back resembles  that of our Prophet (saas).” So he says that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will also have a mole on his back just like our Prophet (saas).  “When he flies his flag, everywhere in between East and West will be illuminated and he will capture the minds of people.” He will capture the minds of people. And his flag will be the television screens.  That is because it is said that the characteristic of this flag is that it will illuminate everywhere in between East and West. How would a flag illuminating everywhere be possible? It will be a television, insha’Allah. And since it will be illuminating everywhere in between East and West, and this is a flag that is all around the world. And here in another account, it says that it will be in everyone’s house. And there is a flag that illuminates the houses. That means the word 'flag' is a symbol that describes the spirit of the system of the Mahdi, it may as well be a television channel. May be an internet website. That is such a reference in this. And the flying of the flag draws attention to that activity. I mean that will be a monitor as wide as a flag, and there is an activity in that. The accounts state that “ will illuminate everywhere.” In that case, it is a radiant flag that will enter every house, that will be in every house and it will be a lively flag. This is how he described television. “And it will capture the minds of the servants.”  Meaning it will capture their consciences. It will communicate the message of religion. “And there will be no Muslim left whose heart will not be as strong as a piece of iron.” Their hearts will be so strengthened that they will be like iron.  “God gave Mahdi the strength of forty people. There will be no deceased whose heart and grave is not filled with this mentioned relief.” So the accounts state that the hearts of even the deceased will be relieved.

New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (22 November 2013)

In the hadiths, our Prophet (saas) draws attention to the PKK

Our Prophet (saas) described the End Times in great details. For instance look how he explains these events that will take place in Syria, the massacre in Syria. He says that in Syria, in Damascus, "More than a hundred thousand people will be annihilated." Our President Abdullah Gul says; "The losses in Syria has exceeded a hundred thousand people." Look, that's the same. Our Prophet (saas) gives a number. He says, "A hundred thousand people," and he says that "God creates this as a blessing for those who have faith.." -as they will be martyrs- "..and as a torment for those who do not have faith." "These incidents will escalate until it stops in Damascus. You will see riders coming with yellow banners, battered horses, battered clothes.'' Look, the flag of the PKK, the communists' flag is red on yellow. And their clothes are really battered. "There will be a formidable terror," says our Prophet (saas). And he explains that terror as; "This will be red death." Meaning as the result of a communist attack, Muslims will be martyred. Red is the name used globally for communists. Red Communists, reds, Red China, Red Army.  "Yellow banners" Their banner is yellow. "Riders with battered horses, battered clothes.."  Their clothes are worn indeed. "There will be a formidable terror, this will be red death," says our Prophet (saas). "Red death", so he draws attention to the massacre carried out by the communists.

"Then you will see that a village of Damascus called Haresta will sink." We've shown this before anyway, Haresta has been wrecked down in Damascus.  "Later on the son of the liver eater."; who is the liver eater? Hafiz Al-Assad. Who is his son? Bashar Al-Assad.  Look; "his son," says our Prophet (saas), "the son of the liver eater." That is because Hafiz Al-Assad used to have the livers of women smashed up. He used to ruin people with bombs and weapons. "The son of the liver eater," is Bashar Al-Assad, "comes from the Yabis Valley in order to stay in Damascus mimbar." He presents himself as if he is a Muslim. As a matter of fact, he really goes and performs his prayers, he is always in mosques and he gives sermons to Muslims. "After that,  wait for the appearance of Mohammad Mahdi," says our Prophet (saas). Look, do you see this? Look at the details.

Our Prophet (saas) says; "...two armies will get into a conflict." Right now Al Nusra and the PYD are in  conflict.   "Apart from a sign from God, this will not come to an end." They will be in a constant combat. Look, "two armies," our Prophet (saas) gives details. In between the PYD and Al-Nusra. If these people do not consider these details as important, then all sorts of disasters will not cease to take place, may God forbid.

Explanations of hadiths related with Hazrat Mahdi by Mr. Adnan Oktar

“Mahdi is the one who stands in awe in the presence of the Glory of God,” says our Prophet (saas). Standing in awe.. “He is like an eagle opening his wings and flying down towards the earth bowing his head from the peaks of the skies,” he says for Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh).  Mahdi is “.. like an eagle opening his wings and flying down towards the earth, bowing his head from the peaks of the skies..” That is the awe and humility he feels in the presence of Almighty God.  “God and His Glory manifests in his (Hazrat Mahdi’s (pbuh)) body and Hazrat Mahdi. “ Look he says something very important here, “...and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) melts in the Presence of God.” (Al-Mahdiy-ul Maw’ud, v.1, pp 280 and 300)  The hadith explicitly explains an important secret of sufism, a crucial secret of the system of the Mahdi and states that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will from time to time cease to exist as a material being and melt in the presence of God.  Our Prophet (saas) says, “He melts in the Presence of God”

“Mahdi doesn’t feel afraid when death comes to him, he will not be shaken when death reaches him.”  That will be seen as well. “...he will not be shaken when death reaches him,” that is, insha’Allah, something his students will see in the future. “He will never retreat from the arena.” He continues until he wins. “He is experienced.” This is something Bediuzzaman also states, in The History of Life, he says that Hazrat Mahdi will be experienced in his characteristics. He is “Victorious,” he becomes victorious without fail. “He is victorious, he is lion hearted,” says our Prophet (saas) “He is lion hearted, he is sturdy, he is the pillar of his community, he is brave, he is God’s sword of knowledge, he is a leader, he collects everyone around him, he is brought up in a house that is the source of greatness and honor.”  Our Prophet (saas) praises his house in another account as well, the house he lives in is a known house. A well-known house. It is a house our Prophet (saas) drew attention to. There is a reference to that in the Qur’an as well. “His (Mahdi’s) greatness comes from the noblest greatness.”: Meaning from God. (Sheikh Mohammad, b. Ibrahim-i Nomani, Ghaybat-i Nomani, p.251)

“Mahdi is the one that comes to rescue and that responds to calls of help. God will send him to come to the rescue of people in the world. “(Al-Mahdiyyul Mawud)” People are screaming out for help and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) goes to their rescue.

“Our Prophet (saas) says; “ will see that the portents in the heavens will evidently appear but that people are not afraid of these,” in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). 147th Hadith in Al-Qafi. “You will see that the portents in the heavens will evidently appear.” They will be seen. “... but that people are not afraid of these.”  For instance a meteorite happened, you’ve seen that meteors have landed on earth. They call those “Wonders of the skies..” My brother, people are dying, buildings are collapsing, all the windows are broken there. “We have witnessed the wonders of the skies, they were very interesting,” they say. Actually, the goal of Almighty God is to make people fear God and make them turn towards God.

As related by Ayyup b.Noah:

“ There is no imam from us, Ahl-al Bayt (including the Mahdi), that people do not write about, that people do not point out, that people do not ask questions to and that assasination attempts are not made about.” (Book of Faith and Disbelief/ Usul-u Qafi (Al-Usul Min Al-Qafi) /Al-Quleyni, Volume 1. P.502)

Yes, Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will face all these as well. There will be assasination attempts, and people will point him out as well. We will see all these, insha’Allah.

New statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (20 November 2013)

That is a blessing from God on Muslims. It is an amazing thing; faith causes physical changes in the face. There is something in this, something extraordinary. It is literally perceptible. That means that faith is recognized by the cells. The body recognizes faith. The body and cells love faith. So the cells are made happy by faith. So the cells really begin to live. They live healthily. They do not fall ill. They do not become ill in any way. They make that felt. You can tell when you look from the outside. The wisdom of God.

Explanation of the hadiths by Mr. Adnan Oktar

"When our Qaim [the Mahdi] appears, you must make haste to join him, even if you have to crawl. By the leave of God, it is as if I see oaths of allegiance being sworn to him in a new agreement between the Rock and the Pillar."

Masha’Allah, masha’Allah. Our Prophet (saas) sees it in a state between waking and sleep. "I see it," he says. He sees an image. It appears like a vision. Almighty God shows it, partly through revelation and partly as an image.

From Muhammed bin Ali bin Shah, from Ahmed bin Hasan, from Ahmed bin Halid Halidi, from Muhammed bin Ahmed bin Salih Tamimi Muhammed bin Hatim Kattan from, Hammad bin Amr from, Imam Jafr Sadik; it is related that Rasulullah (saas) told Ali the Commander of the Faithful:

"O Ali, you should know that at the end of time (in the End Times), their (the followers of the Mahdi) faith will be magnificent and their certainty will be very great. There will be no prophet among them, but instead they will believe through black on white (in written things/books)." (The Awaited Mahdi, Allame Muhammed Baqir el-Majlisi, Biharul Anwar, Vol. 13 (Old edition)/ Vol. 51-52-53 (new edition))

"They will be very sure of themselves," he says, through the power of faith. "There will be no prophet among them (the followers of the Mahdi), but instead they will obey black on white (written things/books)."  They will read and obey books. It is written in black on white, in black ink on paper. In other words, "They will obey the works, the books of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)."

In Ghaybat Tusi: Fadıl bin Şazan relates from Ömer bin Aslam Bajali, from Muhammad bin Sinan, from Ebul Jarud, from Muhammed bin Başar Hamadani, from Muhammad bin Hanefiye. To Muhammad bin Hanefiye, one of the children of Hazrat Ali. You know my lineage; I also am from the line of Muhammed bin Hanefiye, insha’Allah.

"The rule of the Beni this or the Beni that will continue for a certain time. " Our Prophet (saas) is saying that the rule of the Beni Hashim will continue in various forms." He does not give names, however. When they attain peace and security they will think that their kingdoms will never end. They will think their rule and government will never be brought down. At the time, a divine command will come and no king will remain in power. God is saying "I will tear down all regimes." "I will tear down all regimes, be they in Egypt, or Syria or wherever," He is saying. Almighty God reveals:

"…Then, when the earth is at its loveliest and takes on its fairest guise and its people think they have it under their control," just when they are happy, "Our command comes upon it by night or day and We reduce it to dried-out stubble, as though it had not been flourishing just the day before!" God says he will destroy such regimes and states and governments. "In this way We make Our Signs clear for people who reflect." (Surah Yunus, 24)

'Our command comes upon it by night or day," that refers to Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). That is God's command, insha’Allah. "Therefore, when hunger and poverty rise and people start to reject one another, you must expect the divine commander [the Mahdi] to come at any moment, day or night." (The Awaited Mahdi, Allame Muhammed Baqir el-Majlisi, Biharul Anwar, Vol. 13 (Old edition)/ Vol. 51-52-53 (New edition))

The verse also says that – "by night or day." "He will either appear at night or else by day." "Our command comes upon it," he says, insha’Allah. "as though it had not been flourishing just the day before!" People who grow wealthy. "We reduce it to dried-out stubble." God is saying He will destroy all systems. '"In this way We make Our Signs clear for people who reflect."

Provenance: it is related from from Abu Hamza Thumali, from Abu Halid Kabuli, from Ali bin Hussein (pbuh):

"O Abu Halid, there will be a lengthy period before the appearance of the 12th heir to the Messenger of God (saas). O Abu Halid, those who live with the imam [the Mahdi] before his coming shall await his coming. People will await the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). They will be superior to those who lived at all other times. In other words, he is saying, "They will be superior to everyone who has lived from the time of Hazrat Adam (pbuh) until the day of Reckoning." Almighty God will give them (the followers of the Mahdi) such understanding and foresight that…, in other words, the non-appearance of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), his remaining in secret and his presence will have the same effective status. "They will serve as if he were present," he says. We are serving now as if he were present. Aren’t we? We have no problem of issue with his not being visible. His being out of sight will be the same as his presence for them. They will serve as if he were present. They will be sincere people. So speaks our Prophet (saas). They will spread the religion of God in an explicit and sensible manner. Openly, explicitly. Not in secret. 'And in a sensible manner'. They will spread it honestly. "Then he said "Waiting for victory … he [the Mahdi] is himself a great victory."  (The Awaited Mahdi, Allame Muhammed Baqir al-Majlisi, Biharul Anwar, Vol. 13 (Old edition)/ Vol. 51-52-53 (New edition))

"He is himself a great victory," says our Prophet (saas).

"Before the coming of this Owner of Time (the Mahdi), it will be as if those who remain loyal to their faith are rubbing their hands on thorny branches." In other words, "they will serve in constant pain and suffering," he is saying. (The Awaited Mahdi, Allame Muhammed Baqir al-Majlisi, Biharul Anwar, Vol. 13 (old edition)/ Vol. 51-52-53 (New edition))

There is a hadith that reads "Woe to the Arab at the start of the 60s." Toward the beginning of the 60s. In the 1950s in other words. When the communists came to power. Those are fiercest times of the Ba’athists. The most shameful time, when Muslims were slaughtered. "At the start of the 60s." Around then. In the 1950s, ‘60s and ‘70s. "Woe to the Arab." The dajjal is nicknamed "The shaver." In the sense of shaving bits off the faith, The destroyer of the faith.

New statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (15 November 2013)

In Ghaybat Tusi, it is related by Imam Muhammed Baqir (ra) that one of the grandchildren of our Prophet (saas),said; Ameli Sadik related from Talikani, and he from Jaludi, from Hisham bin Jafr, from Hammad, from Abdul bin Suleyman that he said: ''Almighty God will tell Jesus the messiah: Jesus, I shall raise you into the skies and send you back to earth in the last age of the world (the End Times). You will witness the extraordinary events, experiences by that Ummah and help him (the Mahdi) in his struggle against the dajjal.” Who really wages the struggle? Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). What does Jesus Messiah(pbuh) do? He helps him in that struggle. That is the task God has given him.

"I will send you at the time of prayer so that you may pray with them, because they (the Mahdi and his followers) are people whom the divine mercy has reached.” God says; "I will make you acquainted with them at the time of prayer, while they are praying, so you can pray together.

It is related from Ibn Isa, from Ibni Asbat, that Imam Ali Riza (pbuh) said: "Do you think the Imam Qaim (the Mahdi) will appear before the coming of the sufyan? Not so. The Imam Qaim will appear after the coming of the sufyan.”  First the sufyan will appear, and then Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). “The coming of the sufyan and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) are inevitable,” he says. He says that both will appear. The place where the sufyan will appear is given as Damascus. Hafez Assad. His son is now persisting with the same strife and turmoil.

"Almighty God will send the Qaim, Muhammed the Mahdi, the clement one in the presence of men, together with his followers." In other words, God does not send the Mahdi alone. He also sends his followers. People imagine that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) alone will be sent. No, his 300 followers will also be sent. God will manifest him together with his 313 followers. He will have them meet people in the streets. But they will not be random people. They will all have come together. "When they appear, people will pity and weep for them, thinking they will soon be destroyed by the hands of their foes." "It is very sad for these young people,” they will say. They say the same thing of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). "The system of the dajjal will ruin them. It will have them imprisoned and killed. It will defame and ruin them. They cannot succeed,” they will say. “…thinking they will soon be destroyed by the hands of their foes…” They will think they cannot possibly survive.  "… people will pity and weep for them, thinking they will soon be destroyed."

"Almighty God will conquer the east and west of the world for them (the Mahdi and his followers)," figuratively. "Know that they are true believers." Look, he is not saying that they are just "believers" but that they are "real believers". Because God will bestow sovereignty over this world on those with true faith. Being in charge of politics or facilities or lots of people has nothing to do with this. For example, the Prophet Joseph (pbuh) was alone. God made him the Sultan of the region. Dhu’lQarnayn was one man. But he soon came to rule the world. Solomon (pbuh) was also alone, and he soon came to rule the world. Because they were true believers. They had real faith. That is why it is also related in the Torah. God says He will bestow global sovereignty on 10 people, if they have faith.

"They are true believers. Know that the best of efforts are those made in the End Times." Our Prophet (saas) says, “the best of efforts are those made in the End Times.” What time is he referring to? The times of all the world. That is the best time, he says. The End Times. Because that is when most merit is earned.

"O Jabr! Wait until these signs I tell you are manifested. O Jabr! In that year, new disputes will appear in the West. The first place devastated will be the lands of Damascus."

Look, do you see the details? “The lands of Damascus will be devastated.” That is Syria. That devastation has now happened. Everywhere is in ruins in Syria. What is the exact explanation of this hadith? Our Prophet (saas) sees the scene. He says what he sees. Time ceases to exist, and he sees. The lands of Damascus appear before his eyes. Or else Gabriel tells him about these, and he tells us about these in that way.

"Corruption will break out when thousands of people are surrounded by equipment and everyone is divided into groups. People will be destroyed. Then, the awaited Qaim Imam, the Mahdi, will stand, and there will be no child like him in terms of honor and virtue."

Masha’Allah. He is the beloved child of our Prophet (saas). '' there will be no child like him in terms of honor and virtue,' he says. The Mahdi (saas) is the greatest guide there has ever been. In the words of the Prophet (saas), he is the last and the greatest guide. ''when thousands of people are surrounded by equipment and everyone is divided into groups.” What are they doing in Syria now? They are surrounded by equipment, meaning bullets and shells and machine guns. And they are divided into groups. There are almost 1000 factions among them. ''Corruption will break out…” Look. There is war and conflict and they are all fighting one another. “People will be destroyed…” Destroyed here means being killed, injured, being left hungry and thirsty and generally wretched. Then the awaited imam Mahdi (pbuh), the descendant of the Prophet (saas) will appear. "there will be no child like him in terms of honor and virtue." Our Prophet (saas) explicitly said this 1400 years ago. It also appears in the Torah in the same form. He is the greatest spiritual guide there has ever come, insha’Allah.

"The Mahdi will be victorious over human beings and djinn. And he will leave nowhere unsown. How happy those who live to see the time of the Mahdi, who join him and see those days."

“The Mahdi will be victorious over human beings and djinn.” How will he be victorious over human beings? Through faith and godliness. How will he be victorious over the djinn? Through knowledge and godliness. ''And he will leave nowhere unsown.” I am in the vanguard of the Mahdi, and when I see somewhere unsown, as you know, I just have to sow it. Even if it is a very small place, I want to plant a fruit tree or a flower. People are given that training of the Mahdi (pbuh) by their nature. So if even I have this, as one of the vanguards and a follower of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), it shows how scrupulous Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will be, and it is impossible not to grasp how he will leave nowhere uncultivated and how everywhere will flourish, insha’Allah.

"How happy those who live to see the time of the Mahdi, who join him and see those days." Living to see his days is a great joy, but the merit from joining him is incomparably greater. That is a separate matter, and is constantly praised by our Prophet (saas) in the hadiths. He tells the Companions, "They will earn 50 times more merit than every one of you." The Companions are astonished. “O Rasulullah, we are at your side, and such difficulties befall us. Why is that?” “The End Times are very difficult,” says our Prophet (saas). We see all kinds of turmoil, 1001 different philosophies, 1001 perverse beliefs being described to the world via the internet, radio and television. The system of the Mahdi will strive against that with a handful of people, with the few means at its disposal. So the merit earned will of course be very great.

“The Qaim, the Mahdi, one of the grandchildren of Hazrat Ali (pbuh), will make the world an entirely different place.” The Mahdi (pbuh) will give the world a system in which there is a maximum of freedom and liberty, in which joy is widespread, in which there is complete security and in which nobody fears anyone else, but God.

Our Prophet (saas) says there will be treasure beneath the Kaaba. That is not yet known. Who knows what will emerge? There will be searches under the Kaaba in the time of the Mahdi (pbuh). We will find knowledge dating back 10,000 or 15,000 or 20,000 years beneath the Kaaba. We will find remains dating back to that time. We will see that people then believed in the one God. This is all important evidence.

Another comet will appear in the days ahead. A very large and significant comet. A noteworthy portent will thus have come about.

“It is the Qaim (the Mahdi) who most resembles Jesus the Messiah in terms of form, character and nobility.”

Yes, Jesus the messiah will have gray eyes, and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will have green eyes. He resembles him like that. Both have small noses. Jesus the Messiah has a small face, a noble face. That appears in the hadiths. But Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is very broad in stature. Jesus the Messiah is not like that. He has a thin waist. In one sense, the word messiah means thin waist. He is also of medium height. Jesus the Messiah has long, thin fingers. But our Prophet (saas) says he is freckled, even his nose. He is freckled right down to his feet. He has a sharp expression. Jesus the messiah attracts attention in that regard. He is extremely clever and intelligent.

“He will follow in the path of the Prophet (saas). He will never be mistaken.” People will criticize him. “You are completely wrong. You are acting wrongly. You are on the wrong path.” But he will be right. “Because there is an angel he cannot see who corrects him.” There is always an angel by his side. Even if it looks like he is making a mistake; the angel will go into action and not let him. He causes him to do the right thing. Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) “will carry a sick man on his back.” He will take an interest in everything to do with the sick. It is hard to carry someone on one’s back. It means he will help people who are seriously ill. “He will help the weak,” materially and psychologically. “He will be hospitable.” He will love guests and invite them over all the time.  “He will help those who maintain the truth.” He will help those who preach Islam and abide by the Qur’an. “He will do what he says.” Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will keep his promises. He will never deviate from what he says. “He will say what he knows.” He will speak truly and honestly. He will not conceal what he knows. He will explain matters through his books and CDs. “God will give him such strength that he will eliminate all wickedness overnight.” Everyone will stop being wicked, by the leave of God, that very night. He will eliminate wickedness and wicked people through his knowledge. “He will reinforce and improve Islam.” He will strengthen them.  “He will make Islam valuable again after it has become worthless.” People used to be ashamed to admit they were Muslims, and Islamophobia was widespread. But people will then be proud of being Muslims. “He will bring Islam back to life after it has died.” People talk about Islam, but it is divided into various sects and fragmented and smothered in nonsense. Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will free Muslims from all that.

New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (14 November 2013)

Explanation of the hadiths by Mr. Adnan Oktar

It has been related from Ali ibn Ahmed Ubeydullah bin Musa, Alevi Ahmed Bin Huseyin, Ahmed bin Hilal, Abdur Rahman bin Ebu Necran and Fuyezl bin Eyyup that Suadir Sairafi stated the following: "I've heard Abu Abdullah Imam Sadiq  (as) say the following: "The Master of this issue (Mohammed Mahdi) has resemblance to Prophet Joseph." He has similarities with the Prophet Joseph (pbuh). That is something stated many times in the hadiths. And in the Qur'an - in Surah Yusuf - the system of the Mahdi is explained in great details in a covert manner.

"The brothers of the Prophet Joseph were very intelligent and smart people, they went to Joseph and spoke to him and even though they are his brothers, they didn't recognize him until he introduced himself." Right, now even though the people of Mohammad are all Muslims, even though they are all knowledgeable, they will not recognize Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) just like his brothers did not recognize the Prophet Joseph (pbuh) back then;  that is what the verses of the Qur'an refer to. Even though they are intelligent, even though they have good concentration, as a wonder from God, as a miracle, even though Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will be openly among them, God says that their insights and perception will be clouded and many people will not be able to see. Most of them will not be able to recognize Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). This is what is explained in the story of the Prophet Joseph (pbuh), that is what is meant.

"They only realized who he is after he said; I am Joseph." That is also what the Qur'an says. They realize that he is Joseph only after he said, "I am Joseph" or else they are not able to recognize him, even up close. "Based on this foundation, why does this ummah suffering in such commotion deny that Almighty God, Who is Omnipotent, sometimes hides His Sign (The sign of Mahdi) from them." God is the One Who conceals Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh): But some people say, "There is no such thing, we would have spotted him instantly if he were around."  Actually God will conceal him. Just like He concealed the Prophet Joseph (pbuh), He will conceal Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) and it will not be possible for them to spot him.

"Joseph was a ruler in Egypt and the distance in between his father (Jacob (pbuh)) and him was not longer than  18 days' traveling. Had Almighty God willed so, He would have make his place known to his father." That is because both of them are Prophets and the accounts state that God would have made him known if He willed so. "So how is it possible for this ummah to deny that God can create what He has previously created for Joseph, also for His Sign (The Sign of Mahdi)?

"Your Master (Mohammad Mahdi) whose rights have been usurped, who has been suppressed, will come." Look, "...whose rights have been usurped, who has been suppressed." What will be the characteristic of Mohammad Mahdi? His rights will be usurped, he will be suppressed. Actually that is why he is the Mahdi.  That is one of the reasons why he is the Mahdi; he will suffer a lot, he will be suppressed greatly. "Your Master (Mohammad Mahdi) whose rights have been usurped, who has been suppressed will come and join them, he will wander around their markets and walk on their carpets" Now that is highly meaningful. There were very few carpets at the time of our Prophet (saas). How can you walk on carpets back then? They were very rare. There were very few, small carpets. There were not that many carpets to walk on. They were all very small. There were not that many carpets, even in our Prophet's house and the ones he had were very small ones. However, nowadays even markets, almost all buildings and even here now there are wall -to- wall carpets. In houses, in the corridors, there are carpets. "Yet they will not be able to recognize him." As a miracle from God they will not be able to recognize Hazrat Mahdi. In the verse, God says they "...recognize him as they recognize their own sons." Even though he is upfront, "...they will not be able to recognize him." Bediuzzaman says that as well. He says, "People will not be able to recognize him when he appears. He may only be recognized through the light of faith." Also for Jesus Messiah, Bediuzzaman says, "His close, educated elite students might recognize him through the light of faith."

"Just like Almighty God lets Joseph introduce himself.." Almighty God inspires Joseph, He tells him to say; "I am Joseph" and they then recognize him. "... until He lets him (Mahdi) to introduce himself, this will continue like this." That means Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will step forward and talk about the portents of the system of the Mahdi at length. In a roundabout way, people would recognize Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) because he will introduce the system of the Mahdi, or else they wouldn't be able to recognize him. That means Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will be the one who will explain the system of the Mahdi in the best manner. Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will be the one who will explain the system of the dajjal in the best manner as well. He will be the one who will explain the End Times in the best manner. Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will also be the one who will explain the facts leading to faith and the miracles of the Qur'an in the best manner.

Related from Abdulwahit bin Abdullah, Ahmet bin Muhammed bin Rabbah, Muhammed bin Isa, from the father of Hasan Bin Ali Battani, and he related from  Mufezzel that Ebu Abdullah Imam-ı Sadiq (pbuh) said the following; "Imam Mahdi, who will be commissioned with this mission, will have a house which will be known as Bayt al-Hamd (The house from where thanks are sent to God)''  He will have a known, recognized house in which thanks will be sent to God, one in which God's name is praised and that house is known as Bayt al-Hamd. The house Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) lives in is a well-known house, our Prophet (saas) knows about that house. I mean that is a house specifically created in destiny, it is not any random house. It is a protected, secure house. It has been created specifically in destiny.  And our Prophet (saas) gave that house a name; "...the house in which thanks are given to God", he calls it; "Bayt al-Hamd" and our Prophet (saas) says this by means of revelation. He learned that from Gabriel, and Gabriel learned it from God Himself.  The name of the house is "Bayt al-Hamd." The house in which people constantly say; "Insha'Allah, Masha'Allah, Alhamdulillah."

"There will be a candle which will burn until the day the sword of the Messenger of God will come out." And there is an emphasis on a candle. Look, there is a name which defines that house, a name that our Prophet (saas) stated by means of revelation. And there will be a candle. Until when will this candle  be there, it says? Until he (Mahdi) appears with the sword of our Prophet (saas). Where is the sword? Here in Istanbul, it is in Topkapı.  "There will be a burning candle until the day he will appear with the sword of the Messenger of God." And he calls the house "Bayt al-Hamd" because this was foretold through revelation, there is a sign in it as well, one that a man of understanding would recognize.

Explanations of verses from Surat Al-Anfal by Mr. Adnan Oktar

Surat Al-Anfal, Verse 62

"If they intend to deceive you, God is enough for you. It is He Who supported you with His help and with the Muslims."

"If they intend to deceive you, God is enough for you." That means; when Muslims have a trick played on them, when people intend to deceive them, God says; "I am the One Who creates them all anyway." "God is enough for you. It is He who supported you with His help and with the Muslims. "

Surat Al-Anfal, Verse 74

"Those who have faith and have made hegira (from oppression) and strived in the Way of God and those who have given refuge and help, they are the true Muslims. They will have forgiveness and generous provision."

"Those who have faith and have made hegira and strived in the Way of God and those who have given refuge and help, they are the true Muslims."  That means there is a Muslim and then there is a true Muslim. God takes these true Muslims as His basis. Their saying "I am a Muslim" is not enough. What is required to be a true Muslim? They have to have faith, they have to flee from oppression if necessary. For instance, if they are living among persecutors, if they are living among tyrants, if people around them do not make mention of God, if they are persecuting them, if they are dragging them into evil things, Muslims would separate  from them. They leave. They strive in the Way of God, they work in the Way of God. They communicate religion, they preach the matters of religion, they help people and explain beauties. And there are people who help harboring those who are striving in the Way of God; they are opening their houses for them and helping them financially, sustaining support for their food and clothes. They are supporting the believers materially and spiritually. Those who give refuge and help, support them in every aspect, those are the real Muslims. "They will have forgiveness and generous provision." Almighty God says that He will forgive their sins and give them a generous provision both in this world and in the Hereafter. He says that He will not leave them in a difficult position. He says that He will give them abundance in this world as well and that He will give them the necessary means in their struggle.  So God says, "You do not need to say 'How can I distribute books, how can I give food to those people in need? How can I ensure their accommodation? How am I going to give refuge to them?' during your struggle on My Way." God says, "I will be the Guarantor. If you strive in the Way of God, if you work on this path, I am your Guarantor. But you just need to sincerely strive in the way of God. Communicate the message of religion. I will give you all your needs. And you will be pleased both in this world and in the Hereafter." God says that there will be a generous provision, not just provision. That means God says that He will give them a good, high quality life. That is because the word "provision" has a broad meaning. It means all sorts of goodness, all sorts of beauties.
