Explanations of verses related with being forgiving by Mr. Adnan Oktar

Surat Al-Maidah, Verse 13

But because of their breaking of their covenant, We have cursed them and made their hearts hard. They distort the true meaning of words and have forgotten a good portion of what they were reminded of. You will never cease to come upon some act of treachery on their part, except for a few of them. Yet pardon them, and overlook. God loves good-doers.

"You will never cease to come upon some act of treachery on their part, except for a few of them." What does treachery mean?  The verse states; "You will never cease to come upon some act of treachery..."  Yet Almighty God says; "Yet pardon them and overlook." So God tells us to pardon them, even if they act treacherous, "… and overlook" He says. Do not care, simply overlook it, He says. "God loves good-doers." So God says that good-doers will be protected anyway; God says that He will protect them.

Surat Al-Araf, Verse 199

Make allowances for people, command what is right, and turn away from the ignorant.

Make allowances for people, command what is right in Islam, say things that are compliant with the Qur'an and turn away from the ignorant. Do not deal with the ignorant. Do not get into a battle of words with the ignorant.

Surat An-Nur, Verse 22

Those of you possessing affluence and ample wealth should not make oaths that they will not give to their relatives and the very poor and those who have made hijra in the way of God. They should rather pardon and overlook. Would you not love God to forgive you? God is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

" Those of you possessing affluence and ample wealth should not make oaths that they will not give to their relatives and the very poor and those who have made hijra in the way of God " God says that they should not stop giving them their possessions and money. " Look, God says that they should help them financially, and even if there is a mistake done, God says that they should pardon and overlook it. There might be some mistakes, but there is no need to confront them; try to save them, show them the way to salvation. Do not try and crush them.  Almighty God says; "...Would you not love God to forgive you?" We would love God to forgive us. "God is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful." If you want God to forgive you, you should be forgiving as well, you should not be vindictive. They will be given whatever  punishment they deserve and they will serve that time, but the rest is enough, there is no need to hold a grudge, or feel hatred or desire revenge. If they repent later on, they will be your brother.

EXPLANATIONS OF HADITHS BY MR. ADNAN OKTAR

"Being at odds with each other and resentment," says our Prophet (saas), "- I am not saying that these two root away hair-, they root away religion.” So he says that there will be no religion if you do not make peace and keep being at odds with each other. There will be no religion left, he says. God will annihilate religion, he says. Would a Muslim ever want religion to be annihilated? Then "...make peace," says Almighty God. That is from Tirmidhi.

Do not feel hatred against each other, do not feel jealous about each other, do not turn your backs against each other, and do not break off relations with each other, O servants of God! Become brothers and sisters!”

"Abandoning a brother of his for more than three days is religiously unlawful for a Muslim." Three days have passed already: That is not acceptable. This is from Bukhari, Muslim, Riya us-Salihin, page 930. "It is religiously unlawful for a Muslim to abandon his brother for more than three days," says our Prophet (saas): Three days and three nights. If you do not make peace, it is religiously unlawful says our Prophet (saas).

The hadith states; "Almighty God would not forgive those who are at odds with their brothers in religion, unless they make peace with them."  (Muslim, Riya Us-Salihin, p.946)  However Almighty God says; "Truly God forgives all wrong actions except for associating partners for Him" I mean they will first have to make peace. For instance, one says; "Astagfirullah, astagfirullah"; alright, but you haven't  made peace yet, first make peace, then say "Astagfirullah," because God says that He will not accept repentance of such people. May God forbid, it would be acting against God. That is because you would be committing an unlawful act, and first you need to give up that unlawful act.

"A Muslim's devotion to another is like a single building with firmly welded structures," says our Prophet (saas) as accounted in Muslim.  Look, do you see how my dear Prophet (saas) talks in line with the verses of the Qur'an? He speaks just like the verse of the Qur'an, because the Qur'an is his soul.

Our Prophet (saas) says; "In the End Times, what you are expecting will not be realized before you get bored of each other; before you curse each other and you scream to each other's faces and before you accuse each other of being unbelievers."  And the Companions say; "What is positive about that?" "There surely is something positive about this because the Qaim Mohammad Mahdi you've been waiting for in the End Times will appear, and all these issues will come to an end," says our Prophet (saas), insha'Allah

"You will get bored of each other; your love for each other will lessen," he says. They get bored of the government, the others get bored of the Community, and they get bored of their cause. And because they get bored, they want them gone.

Explanation of an hadith by Mr. Adnan Oktar

"When my Lord raised me to the skies, I have heard a voice saying "O Mohammad!" And I said; "O my Mighty Lord, Your Command is my pleasure." He commanded; "O Mohammad, I have selected you among those I created. I have also selected the one who will be your assignee after you and I have taken him for Aaron in relation to Moses."

Masha'Allah. It is great to see that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) to come is this much praised by our Prophet (saas). Insha'Allah, may Almighty God make me a student of Hazrat Mahdi, and insha'Allah, may God make you all the students of the Mahdi and the students of  Jesus Messiah (pbuh), insha'Allah. But God says that he will be "...like Aaron." How nice. Insha'Allah.

Explanations of verses from Surah Al-Imran and Surat Al-Ahzab by Mr. Adnan Oktar

Surah Al-Imran, Verse 81

Remember when God made a covenant with the Prophets: 'Now that We have given you a share of the Book and Wisdom, and then a Messenger comes to you confirming what is with you, you must have faith in him and help him.' He asked, 'Do you agree and undertake My commission on that condition?' They replied, 'We agree.' He said, 'Bear witness, then. I am with you as one of the witnesses.'

That means a preacher will come, Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will come. Our Prophet (saas) did not help any other prophets yet. In this verse there is also a reference to the Prophet Jesus (pbuh). However who will the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) help? Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). There is a reference to this in the verse as well, insha'Allah: God knows the Truth.

Surat Al-Ahzab, Verse 7

When We made a covenant with all the Prophets — with you and with Noah and Abraham and Moses and Jesus, son of Maryam — We made a binding covenant with them,

Look, there is something very important in this. "… with you" says God. Three is an address to our Prophet (pbuh). Almighty God made a covenant with our Prophet (saas). He made a covenant with the Prophet Noah (pbuh). He made a covenant with Prophet Abraham (pbuh), with the Prophet Moses (pbuh), with Jesus Messiah, the son of Mary; He made a covenant with all of them. He says; “Now that We have given you a share of the Book and Wisdom…" This happened back when they were in the world of souls; " … and then a Messenger comes to you confirming what is with you…" then a Messenger, a Mahdi comes to you Almighty God says; "…He asked, 'Do you agree and undertake My commission on that condition?' "

"He asked, 'Do you agree and undertake My commission on that condition?'" This was back when they were in the world of souls. And they say; "They replied, 'We agree.' He said, 'Bear witness, then. I am with you as one of the witnesses.'" So Almighty God makes them promise. After they have given that promise, they have helped the Messengers, for instance the Prophet Aaron helped Moses, Lot helped Abraham and John helped Jesus, insha'Allah. Our Prophet did not help any other Messenger. Mohammad Mahdi from his line will come: The Prophet Jesus (pbuh) will help Mohammad Mahdi. Thus our Prophet (saas) will be helping the Prophet Jesus (pbuh).  That is because Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is his son. Because he is the commander of our Prophet (saas), when Mahdi helps the Jesus, our Prophet (saas) will be the one helping him and thus this verse would be realized, insha'Allah.

New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (15 December 2013)

Explanations of verses from Surah Yusuf by Mr. Adnan Oktar

Surah Yusuf, Verse 21

"The Egyptian who had bought him told his wife, "Look after him with honor and respect. It's possible he will be of use to us or perhaps we might adopt him as a son." And thus We established Joseph in the land to teach him the true meaning of events. God is in control of His affair. However, most of mankind do not know."

"The Egyptian who had bought him…" the verse starts. The verse directly reads "Egyptian". In Egypt. "… told his wife; "Look after him with honor and respect. It's possible he will be of use to us or perhaps we might adopt him as a son." “And thus We established Joseph in the land." That is a statement referring to the reign of the system of the Mahdi. "… to teach him the true meaning of events. God is in control of His affair." The abjad calculation of this verse gives the date 2014; that means there will be some changes in Egypt in the year 2014. " God is in control of His affair. However, most of mankind do not know." God is in control of His affair, God is in control. So we hope that in the year 2014, God will be in control. That is what the verse points out. "However, most of mankind do not know."

Surah Yusuf, Verse 22

And then when he became a full-grown man, We gave him knowledge and right judgment too. That is how We reward all doers of good.

"And then when he became a full-grown man, We gave him knowledge and right judgment too." Right judgment... What is the characteristic of the Mahdi (pbuh)? He has right judgment. "We gave him knowledge. That is how We reward all doers of good." All sorts of knowledge, including Ilm-al Ladun (the Innate-Secret Knowledge)

Surah Yusuf, Verse 23

The woman whose house it was solicited him. She barred the doors and said, ´Come over here!´ He said, ´God is my refuge! He is my lord and has been good to me with where I live. Those who do wrong will surely not succeed.´

"The woman whose house it was solicited him. She barred the doors…" Of course in these verses there is a code in every word. There are covert codes for instance; that means in Egypt some doors will be barred. The doors from which aid reaches Muslims will be barred. That is what is going in Egypt: The doors of many places are being barred, many tunnels are being closed and Muslims' connections with each other are severed. The doors are barred, especially in Egypt. The doors to the outer worlds, to the Muslims are closed. And in this verse there is also reference to this.

Surah Yusuf, Verse 25

They raced to the door. She tore his shirt at the back. They met her husband by the door. She said, 'How should a man whose intention was to harm your family be punished for what he did except with prison or painful punishment?'

"They raced to the door." My dear one, how sweet the Prophet Joseph (pbuh) is. He is almost making a run for his life. "She tore his shirt at the back." She is quite strong, I mean tearing one's shirt at the back; shirts of the time were made from linen and they were really sound and strong but because of her lust, she sees red. "They met her husband by the door." God makes them meet him of course. "She said, 'How should a man whose intention was to harm your family be punished for what he did except with prison or painful punishment?" This is how women, many of them, are in unbelief. They are extremely treacherous and very dangerous. They are very cruel. They can cast slanders upon you in an instant. And because the laws are arranged in favor of her, in favor of women in many countries, there are many women who cause trouble for many people in this sense. They can make things appear in a certain way, even though they are not actually like that, and thus cause troubles for people: Actually, she was the one to throw herself at him; "… How should a man whose intention was to harm your family be punished for what he did…" You understand that this is not love but the insanity of lust. Would anyone who feels love could ever do something like this to the one she loves? It is obvious that she has the wildness of lust on her.

Surah Yusuf, Verse 26

He said, 'It was she who tried to seduce me.' A witness from her people then declared, 'If his shirt is torn in front, she speaks the truth and he has clearly told a shameless lie.

In Freemasonry, a certain part of the shirt is torn, I don't know if it is in an attempt to represent that incident but they also open the right shoulder of the shirt.

Surah Yusuf, Verse 27

If his shirt is torn at the back, then she has lied and he has clearly told the simple truth.'

Underneath his shirt, the Prophet Joseph (pbuh) has the seal of Prophecy, insha'Allah. That is a reference to that seal as well; once the shirt is torn that seal of prophecy is revealed, insha'Allah.

Surah Yusuf, Verse 28

He saw the shirt torn at the back and said, 'The source of this is women's deviousness. Without a doubt your guile is very great.

"He saw the shirt torn at the back…" Here there is a reference to the Prophet Joseph's back. There is also a reference to the Mahdi (pbuh). As you know, there will be a seal on his back as well, insha'Allah. "(her husband) said; "The source of this is women's diviousness." That means in some women, especially if they are in disbelief, treachery, tricks and games will be frequent: That is because they are very short-tempered, jealous and green with envy. Turning green with envy would turn a person's soul into that spirit. In order to take revenge in a  certain situation, she can stoop to all sorts of insanity. The Qur'an refers to the need of being careful against that. "Without doubt your guile is very great." He says when you are full of  guile, it is  very comprehensively and there are almost always others who support you.

Surah Yusuf, Verse 29

Yusuf, ignore all this, and you, my wife, should ask forgiveness for your evil act. There is no doubt that you are in the wrong.'

"Yusuf, ignore all this…" So he tells Joseph to stop talking to her. This means the man is a very mature person; another person, an ignorant one, might have hurt him. See that the people of that age were very mature and decent, and they approached people with a Muslim's attitude. That means acting like a Muslim is very important, not acting wild. "… and you, my wife, should ask forgiveness for your evil act." Look, this again is an attitude of a Muslim. He doesn't go and beat her. He simply says; "…ask forgiveness for your evil act. There is no doubt that you are in the wrong." He is saying the important part. But imagine what the ignorant ones, those who ascribe partners to God would do in such an occasion? They would stab her repeatedly, chop her up or break her nose, etc. However in such an explicit incident he simply says; "You have sinned" and tells them not to see each other again.  And that is it, the matter would then be closed.

New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (14 December 2013)

Explanations from the  Treatise of Light regarding Jesus's methods of activity

"There is a sign and a hint in the fact that the number of the spiritual community of strivers who recognize and abide by Jesus through the light of faith is very small when compared to the scholarly and material armies of the antichrist in a number of schools and soldiers.”

Bediuzzaman says that the Jesus Messiah (pbuh) will come and that people will recognize him through the light of faith. I mean they will say, "This is Jesus (pbuh)". But he calls them "...a spiritual community of strivers." Who is this community, I wonder? That is a community of strivers, a spiritual community. " Bediuzzaman calls them a "community."  When compared to the “scholarly and material armies of the antichrist in a number of schools and soldiers…" Well that means Jesus and his disciples will found schools as well. That means they will be employing the method of Fethullah Hodja.  And "...in soldiers" Bediuzzaman says: That means, they will also have a place among soldiers. That means he will also send his students to the military units and they will set up their own cadres in military offices. Look, it says; "...when compared to the scholarly and material armies…" There will be many scholars among the students of Jesus; there will be associate professors, professors. So it is explicitly understood that they will have extensive activities in the universities. So they will be in military, armies in the classical sense of the word, so that means they will have rank and become Generals. So they will be officers; that means he will have a broad command over the army. And it says; "...there is a sign and a hint.." I mean, if they are in thousands, tens of thousands, the other will be hundreds maybe two hundreds maybe three hundreds. But despite that comparison they will be victorious, Bediuzzaman says.

New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (5 December, 2013)

Mr. Adnan Oktar's explanations of hadiths related with Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh)

Ibn Hacer says;

"First of all, the Messenger of God (saas) gave glad tidings to his ummah, especially Ahl-al Bayt, in many matters. He said that they will be saved from all sorts of persecution and torture." That means Ahl-al Bayt will suffer persecution and torture. But "...they will be saved," so it will not continue. "And that can only be connected to justice which will be ensured for a long time. A short time of seven or nine years will not be enough for that." You know that the global reign of the Mahdi (pbuh) is said to be seven or nine years.

"Secondly, the system of the Mahdi will reign over the world just like Dhul'Qarnayn and Solomon. Mosques and buildings will be constructed in other countries." Meaning he will start a great architectural artistry initiative. "A short period of time like nine years will not be enough for the effort he will make and the other tasks he will perform." Meaning that showing efforts for nine years would not be enough.

"Thirdly in his time there will be an increase in the life-spans." The increase in the life-spans would mean that Mahdi will have a long life as well.  Otherwise the increase in life spans will have no significant meaning. I mean the hadith would have no meaning if there is no increase in the life-span of the Mahdi.

"Fourthly he will make a peace agreement with the Greeks for nine years." Meaning he will make a peace agreement with the non-Muslims. "According to this, he will be living in Constantinople." Meaning he will be living in Rome, in Istanbul. "His going there and coming back would of course take years." Meaning Mahdi (pbuh) will stay in Rome for a long time.  "He will struggle against the Sufyan. He will spiritually conquer India and other countries." And that would certainly take [several] years. All those tasks show that the reign would last more than nine years. That means the reason why it is written down as seven years is that it covers the time he will reign entirely over all countries. "The global reign of Islamic morality would last for seven years. And that would take place after he conquers the city of Rome. The restriction of nine years covers Constantinople (his spiritual conquest of Istanbul); it is limited with 19 years." Look, 19 comes up here as well, the number 19 is frequently referred to in the Qur'an. This is about him defeating the Sufyan - antichrist - and ruling over the other countries and all people pledging allegiance to him; all these matters cover those 19 years. Meaning the global reign of the Mahdi (pbuh) will not be only for nine years but 19 years, insha'Allah.

New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (4 December 2013)

The hadiths of our Prophet (saas) regarding the incidents taking place in Syria

Related from Jaber, Imam Jafari Sadiq "I will not be able to see those times but if you live in that time there will be a call from the skies …" meaning a call through radio and television "… Jabiyya region of Syria will be razed down." Actually Jabiyya has really been razed down in Syria. "… Turkish people will set foot to the peninsula," so Turkey must somehow set foot on that peninsula as our Prophet (saas) says so in his hadiths. "… at that time conflicts will take place all around the world. Damascus will be razed down. There will be three banners. The banner of the companions…" meaning the banner of the devout people. "Baka's banner,…" Baka appears to be the  PKK, etc. As far as I understand that is their banner, "… and the banner of the Sufyan." Meaning Al-Assad. Jabiyya is an important region of Syria.

Related from Ismael bin Mahram, from İsmail bin Mahram, Ibn-i Amire and Harzami; I have asked from Imam Jafari Sadiq; "What should we do when Sufyan appears from Damascus?" So they asked "What should we do there?" "Imam Jafari Sadiq responded; "When five regions of Damascus- Syria- are occupied, you should go to the owner of the time, Sahib-ul Amr (Mahdi)."  Right now Syria has been divided into five. Exactly "5" says our Prophet (saas), Syria has been divided into five and this took place in the papers. Our Prophet (saas) said this word by word.

IN THE QUR'AN THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF VERSES RELATED WITH THE PROTECTION OF THE POOR AND THE NEEDY

Surat al-Haqqah, Verse 34

"Nor did he urge the feeding of the poor."

Meaning they did not support any efforts to favor and watch over  the poor. This verse alone is enough proof to wipe out poverty from the face of this world. That is because no one would like to stoop to this position. "Nor did he urge the feeding of the poor." In this case, those who feed the poor would have to urge the clothing of the poor as well. They have to give them houses to live in. I mean that verse is so well-defined that there would be no poor left. That is because everyone is responsible for supporting the poor as this is a verse addressing all Muslims. Now we are asking, for instance; "Do you not urge the feeding of the poor?" He responds; "Yes I do" We ask; "How much?" "A little" he responds. That is not what the verse implies. It should be in the most complete sense of the word.

Surat Al-Mudathir, Verse 44

"And we did not feed the poor."

They are asking the people of  Hell, and in response they say; "We did not feed the poor." That is our mistake; that is our reason for going to hell.  In this case there should be no poor left in order to be saved from  hell. That is because hell is a threat so long as you don't feed all the poor.  Let us say that you have fed a hundred poor people and did not feed another hundred. What would you have said if they said; "No, he did not feed us." If only there is one poor person you could be the subject of the verse "And we did not feed the poor." If you do not buy them their clothes, give them housing and give them some means, you would be subject to the aforementioned verse. It is not only feeding that is meant there. One might have things to eat but can die because of the cold. The verse is so clear that is not possible to miss that point.

Surat Al-Insan, Verse 8

"They give food, despite their love for it, to the poor and orphans and captives… "

Look, they are treating the captives nicely as well. Almighty God considers orphans, captives and the needy as the same. They show compassion to all of them.  People normally denigrate captives, they make them grovel. But in Islam the poor, orphans and the captives are at the same status. So you have to feed them with quality food. You cannot treat them badly just because they are captives. You have to feed them with what you eat and dress them with what you wear.

Surat Al-Fajr, Verse 18

"Nor do you urge the feeding of the poor;"

That is a cause for being sent to hell. Everyone has to urge each other to feed the poor until there will be no poor people, as this urging would not come to an end if there are poor people around. For this urge to stop, for this command to be fulfilled, there has to be no more poor people around. So long as there are poor people in need, you have to urge the feeding of the poor night and day.

Surat Al- Ma’un, Verse 3

"… and does not urge the feeding of the poor."

The whole Islamic world is subject to this verse. That is why when Mahdi appears, Almighty God will do away the application  of these verses. So there will be no more poor people. Everyone would become rich. In this respect there would be no more risk of going to hell because of this: That is because God says if your brother or sister is in a difficult situation while you have plenty, the response to this is hell. That is because He says; "I have entrusted you these possessions. Actually everything belongs to Me. I have given them to you for you to give to your brothers yet you watch them grovel. And you did not warn them, you have had means but you did not use them and that is an offense"

Surat An-Nisa, Verse 37

"As for those who are tight-fisted and direct others to be tight-fisted, and hide the bounty God has given them, We have prepared a humiliating punishment for those who are unbelievers."

"As for those who are tight-fisted and direct others to be tight-fisted." Saying to others; "Keep your fist tight, do not give anyone your possessions. If you want to become rich, present yourself as if you are very poor and do not give anyone any money.” Look, the verse says; "direct others..." they tell others to be tight-fisted.  He doesn't give himself and he prevents others from doing so. "… and hide the bounty God has given them."  He says; "I am groveling myself." That is something many of the merchants do. They keep saying; "We are at the verge of bankruptcy. We have no earnings, We are ruined.” Actually they have a lot of money even though they say; "I am poor myself, how can I give anyone any money, I don't have any money anyway." That is why the system Qur'an brings is one that demolishes capitalism from the core and that brings about an amazing social justice.

Surah Muhammad, Verse 38

Here you are then: people who are called upon to spend in the Way of God and then some of you are tight-fisted! But whoever is tight-fisted is only tight-fisted to himself. God is Rich and you are poor. If you turn away, He will replace you with a people other than yourselves and they will not be like you.

"If you turn away…" if you do not keep My words, says God. "… He will replace you with a people other than yourselves and they will not be like you." They will be more humble and more generous, they will distribute more. "… and they will not be like you." This is a verse that refers to the system of the Mahdi. A brand new system, a brand new belief will be formed. Our Prophet (saas) says; "They will distribute the goods without counting in the time of Hazrat Mahdi." Look "… and they will not be like you." God says, "I will replace you with a people other than yourselves and they will not be like you." And that people is the Turkish nation and the system of the Mahdi. They will show generosity and love to the whole world, together with the Arabs and the other nations, insha'Allah. Everyone will be saved from selfishness, ill wishes and evil thoughts under the leadership of the system of the Mahdi, insha'Allah.

New Explanations by Mr. Adnan Oktar (29 November 2013)

Explanation of verses from Surat An-Naba and Surat Al-Mursalat by Mr. Adnan Oktar

Surat An-Naba, Verses 1-2

"About what are they asking one another? About the momentous news."

In this verse, together with a reference to the Last Day, there is also a reference to the portents of the Last Day. "About what are they asking one another?" What are we asking each other right now? When will the Last Day come? Did Hazrat Mahdi come? If he did come, where is he? Did  Jesus Messiah come? If he did, where is he?  These are the matters that are constantly on the agenda. "About the momentous news." The Islamic Union is also momentous news, the Last Day is also momentous news, and so are the descent of  Jesus Messiah (pbuh) and the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh).

Surat An-Naba, Verse 3

"The thing about which they differ."

People differ about Jesus Messiah (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). Some of them say, "He is going to come" and some say, "He is not going to come." All the portents have been realized but they still say, "He is not going to come." If hundreds of portents have all come true, you can say, "He won't come" as much as you like. Let us say that there is a car that you wait for and it comes with all its glory. You hear its noise, you can say, "It won't come" as much as you like, but it will be there.

And in the verse it states; "...the thing about which they differ." Also about the Last Day; Bediuzzaman says that the Last Day is imminent. But some people say; "It will come a million years from now." And the other one says, "It will happen three hundred from now." The truth of the matter is that it can come at any minute. But we believe what Bediuzzaman said is correct. Hijri 1545, God knows the truth.

Surat An-Naba, Verse 4

"No indeed! They will soon know!"

What will they know? They will soon know the appearance of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), the coming of Jesus Messiah (pbuh), the Islamic Union and the Last Day.

 Surat Al-Mursalat, Verses 28-29

"On that Day, woe to the deniers! Proceed to that which you denied!"

God says; "You've been denying these things, but now you will suffer this punishment."

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 30

"Proceed to a shadow which forks into three"

It is separated into three branches; one, two, three. Three giant shadows in the Hereafter.

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 31

"But gives no shade or protection from the flames,"

They will never be saved. They will not be saved in the shade either. They will never be saved from the flames.

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 32

"Shooting up great sparks the size of castles,"

The appearance of hell is different for the angels there and for the unbelievers. The flames are seen as castles to the angels: Almighty God says this specifically. What appears to be a flame, a fire will appear to be a castle to the angels.

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 33

"Like a herd of yellow camels."

For instance, they are also seen as decorated herd of yellow camels. But they are seen as fire to the unbelievers.

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verses 34-35

"On that Day, woe to the deniers!  This is the Day they will not say a single word,"

That is because they will not have the strength to speak. They do not have that strength because of the physical conditions [on the Last Day]. And if they lie, their lie will be discovered anyway.

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 36

"Nor will they be allowed to offer any excuses."

That is because they would come up with excuses if you let them. They would talk at length. God does not let them not to disturb the Muslims. Because they are used to demagoguery, they talk on and on. God puts them directly into Hell.

Surat Al-Mursalat, Verse 37

"On that Day, woe to the deniers!"

The crooks belabor and ramble on and on in this world as well. They defraud, even though they are wrong; this disturbs Muslims . It is obvious that they are lying. Now this habit of theirs doesn't change, they don't give that up: They continue it in the Hereafter as well. That is why God says; "...this is the Day they will not say a single word, nor will they be allowed to offer any excuses." They have no permission for that.

Explanations of verses from Surat Al-Wa'qia and Surat An-Nisa by Mr. Adnan Oktar

Surat Al-Wa'qia, Verse 61

"… In replacing you with others the same as you and re-forming you in a way you know nothing about."

"In replacing you with others the same as you…" So the soul remains but God changes the body with others. "… and re-forming you in a way you know nothing about." So God says it is not possible for you to know anything about this "re-forming" with the science you have now.  That is because the foundation of science changes as the laws of physics change, as the laws of chemistry change, as the laws of biology change. What does God say; "...in a way you know nothing about." So we cannot know anything for now but we will know later on, we will know in the Hereafter. Almighty God creates logic in the Hereafter as well. For instance, this is the task of the heart and this is the task of the lungs; so there will be logic behind everything in the Hereafter as well.

Surat al-Wa'qia, Verse 62

"You have known the first formation, so will you not pay heed?"

You see the structure of the cells, you see the chromosomes, the vacuole, mitochondria and everything, you see the structure of the cytoplasm, you see the structure of viruses, and you know everything. "So will you not think, pay heed, see the depths of things and admire God?" Says God.

Surat Al-Wa'qia, Verses 63-64

"Have you thought about what you cultivate? Is it you who make it germinate or are We the Germinator?"

Who is the One Who gives that power to the seed? Let us say that you plant a seed in the soil. Let us use the comparison Bediuzzaman uses; a fig. It has a seed as big as the head of a pin, it falls on the soil; 30 years later  you come and find a 30 meter high tree which gives 300,000 fruits and the code of the coming generations is inside that seed. All those big delicious figs. What is the cause behind that? It is a seed as big as the head of a pin. Let us think about this in an expedited fashion. The seed falls on the soil, it becomes a big tree and the fruits of that tree develop, there is a rain of figs. Tons of figs are collected every year. Fruits are flowing like the sea from that tree. The root of the tree is inside the soil. That is it.

Surat An-Nisa, Verse 172

"The Messiah would never disdain to be a servant to God nor would the angels near to Him. If any do disdain to worship Him, and grow arrogant, He will in any case gather them all to Him."

Look, the Messiah and the angels near to Him -meaning Gabriel and Michael- would never disdain to be a servant to God. Almighty God is talking about a person who is in the same place with the angels. There is a person who is together with the angels. Who is this? That is Jesus Messiah. What does Almighty God say for him?  The Messiah and the angels near Him, God doesn't mention any other Prophet like this.  There is a person who worships together with the angels. Who is this person? Jesus Messiah. This verse is one of the signs that show the Jesus Messiah is in the skies. "The Messiah would never disdain to be a servant to God nor would the angels near to Him." Meaning they are all worshipping, they have submitted to God, they are all servants to God.

"If any do disdain to worship Him, and grow arrogant, He will in any case gather them all to Him."

"If any do disdain to worship him…" There is also a mention of worshipping God. Jesus Messiah is in the skies worshipping God, and the angels are worshiping Him as well. Jesus Messiah is standing, bowing and prostrating together with the angels. That is why Almighty God says 'Jesus Messiah and the angels near to Him'; Gabriel and Michael and other angels which will enable his descent, as defined in the hadiths, there are thousands of angels helping him. They are all performing their prayers and worshiping. But what the verse implies here is that Jesus Messiah is together with the angels near Him, Gabriel, Michael and the Angel of the Trumpet, and many other angels we don't know of. These are angels that are leading the other angels. Jesus Messiah is living together with them in the same environment.

Surat An-Nisa, Verse 174

"Mankind! A clear proof has come to you from your Lord. We have sent down a Clear Light to you."

In this verse, the Clear Light refers to the Qur'an in a sense, but it also refers to the descent of the Jesus Messiah. "A clear proof has come to you from your Lord. We have sent down a Clear Light to you."

Explanations of the hadiths regarding Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) by Mr. Adnan Oktar

A hadith of our Prophet (saas) related by Baqir Sherif Kureys from The Life of Imam Mahdi translated by Sayyid Athar Huseyin;

"In order to indoctrinate fear and admiration into the hearts of his opponents, Imam Mahdi will receive help," from God. Meaning they will fear the power of his knowledge, not from his slap, not from his fist. That is because he is actually a stand-alone person. They will feel both fear and admiration. That is a fear of defeat and the admiration is for his power. "In order to indoctrinate fear and admiration to the hearts of his opponents, Imam Mahdi will receive help, and the earth will- spiritually- get under His (Mahdi's) control and will unearth its treasures for him." "His reign will spread over the East and the West. God Who has power on all things will exalt the True Religion over every other religion, even though the idolaters detest it." There is a verse in the Qur'an saying the exact same thing. "In his (Mahdi's) time the arid land will regain its strength." For instance, he makes the lands which became arid and turned into deserts all green again and makes them all beautiful. "… and the world will germinate its greenery." I mean this also points out to new plants. "People will be showered with blessings the likes of which have never been seen before." The blessings of God will spread all around, insha'Allah.

New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (24 November 2013)

(Bediuzzaman - Letters; 370- 371)

Bediuzzaman says something that has very newly attracted my attention: “Eighty percent of the human beings are not people of inquiry and investigation.” They are not investigative he says, “... to attain the truth and recognize the truth as the truth.”  What does eighty percent mean? It means almost all of them. Only twenty percent of them can be named as people of inquiry and investigation.

Based on their good assumptions, it may be they accept what they hear from acceptable and reliable people by imitating the example."  Meaning they take acceptable and trustworthy people as role models  and take after them by imitating them.

What is more they regard a powerful truth as weak in the hands of a weak person."  That, for instance, is an important point. We are talking about the hadiths of our Prophet (saas). But if these miracles we've been talking about were to be presented by the most influential media organs of the world, they would shake the world. "What is more they regard a powerful truth..." For instance, a great miracle of our Prophet (saas). "...as weak, in the hands of a weak person." So they say "These are not important." We are talking about the hadiths of our Prophet (saas) and say that they have been realized exactly as foretold by our Prophet (saas) but they regard it as something weak. ".. and if they were to see a trivial matter in the hands of a worthy person.." a trivial matter, for instance, something that one should not even take notice of, were to be held by a "worthy person.."  A worthy person or an important media organ, an important news agency were to cover that matter, "… they regard it as a worthy matter." They see it as an important matter, meaning they attach importance to that. What is meant here by a "Worthy person" is an important news source; the sources that shake the world when they announce something.

"And based on this, in order to avoid depreciating the worth of the facts of faith and the Qur'an..." facts leading to faith and the miracles of the Qur'an, "... in the hands of a weak and worthless wretched person like myself, in the eyes of the general public, I would have to declare that someone is employing us without us knowing or willing."   Meaning Almighty God employs us, he says; "...and without us knowing, He makes us work on important matters." I am not even aware of it, but Almighty God makes me work, he says.

"The proof we have is that, without us being aware or willing, we are granted the Help... " the Help of Almighty God "… and all sorts of benefits. If that is the case, we have to declare that help in a loud voice." We have to explain those blessings of Almighty God to everyone.

MR. ADNAN OKTAR'S EXPLANATIONS OF HADITHS REGARDING HAZRAT MAHDI (PBUH)

"Without your Imam and Guide (Mahdi) what will your situation be when you hate each other? You will be intensely refined by then; you will be distinguished and eliminated. There will be famine. One will be a leader in the morning and then killed in the evening." (Awaited Mahdi, Allama Baqir Al-Majlisi, Biharul Anwar, Volume 13 (Old Edition)/ Volume 52-52-53 (New Edition))

That actually is something seen in the End Times. They make someone a leader and then kill him immediately. That has happened in Iran, in Lebanon and in many other places. This has happened in many places in the Arabic countries. One after the other; leaders being killed in a flash is something that coincides with the End Times.

EXPLANATIONS OF THE VERSES FROM SURAT AL-KAHF BY MR. ADNAN OKTAR

In Surat Al-Kahf, God mentions two children whose parents are Muslims. One of them is the dajjal (anti-christ). The verse states; "We feared that he would darken their days with excessive insolence and unbelief."  Look, this is an excessively insolent person in unbelief and he uses force. These are all characteristics of the anti-christ; insolence and unbelief. And that makes people worry and fear. "We feared" says Khidr (pbuh). But there is also the mention of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). A mention of a child with the temperament of the Mahdi: What is his specialty? He is pure and clean. That is his first characteristic; clean, pure both bodily and spiritually. And secondly he is benevolent. Thirdly he is compassionate. These are all the characteristics of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh).

There is a mention of a wall. Everything has been explained with symbols. Those who look carefully into the Qur'an will see all the secrets of the system of the Mahdi in the Qur'an. There is a wall.  And the Qur'an states that there is a treasure underneath that wall. The ark of the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) is underneath that wall. That is a wall somewhere.

There are two orphans in the city. One of them is Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) and the other is the Prophet Jesus Messiah (pbuh). Both of them are orphans: That is because the Prophet Jesus Messiah (pbuh) doesn't have a father anyway. And in the accounts it is stated that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will lose his father when he is young.

Look, the verse states; "underneath".  ".. There was a treasure underneath it." That is a treasure belonging to the Prophet Jesus Messiah (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). "Their father was one of the righteous..." Who is their father? Our Prophet (saas). When will they find that Holy Ark and the holy relics? When they come of age. I mean, there is a time that God will make them live through and progress in good morality. And when the time comes, the verse state that they will; "... unearth their treasure as a mercy from your Lord." That means they will unearth their treasure themselves. I mean that treasure will not be found when they are not there looking. The treasure will be found during a search they will attend. They will witness the finding of that treasure. Both Jesus Messiah (pbuh) and Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will be among the searching group.

"They continued until they boarded a boat.. " Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) and Jesus Messiah (pbuh) together. And there is a boat where they are. They are at the Bosporus, there are boats all around. And there is something specifically stressed on. What is emphasized is that people will not be able to bear with what Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) does. They will not be able to bear with him. They will be surprised. They will have objections. That is intensely emphasized in the Qur'an. "He said, ‘Did I not tell you that you would not be able to bear with me?’" (Surat Al-Kahf; 75)

An important characteristic of Surat Al-Kahf, as you know, is that it has 110 verses. And it is the 18th Surah. 110X18=1980: It gives the date 1980. The appearance date of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh).

And in the 81st verse, there is the mention of the coming of a pure, compassionate child.

(Surat Al-Kahf, 84)

"We gave him power and authority on the earth and granted him a way to everything."

"We gave him power and authority on the earth." It means up until then, there were some Powers in the world but none of them had the authority. None of the Powers in the world are sound and authorized. The authorized power will be in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh).  "... and granted him a way to everything."  We granted him ways to everything, We granted him all sorts of means, all sorts of technological means and all sorts of facileness.

(Surat Al-Kahf, 90)

"Until he reached the rising of the sun and found it rising on a people to whom We had not given any shelter from it."

In the 90th verse, the sun rises on a people. Insha'Allah, there might be a reference to A9 in this verse. That is because it presents beauty and knowledge to people. Of course, there are many meanings to it, but because we are a channel serving  the system of the Mahdi, there is also a sign in  that.

(Surat Al-Kahf, 93)

"… Until he arrived between the two barriers where he found a people scarcely able to understand speech." The abjad calculation gives the year 2013. “...until he arrived between the two barriers.” For instance, Marmaray is a barrier to two seas. You name the dam which is made and which prevents water from passing by a barrier It stops the flow of water. There are two barriers; one to go, and one to come back. What is said in the verse? “...he arrived between the two barriers.” Meaning he reached the entrance. There are also signs in this. There are two barriers that protect from the sea. The access point where people enter and where people exit; one for going, one for returning. This means he reached the main gate. There is also a sign in this.

(Surat Al-Kahf, 94)

"They said, ´Dhu´l-Qarnayn! Yajuj and Majuj are causing corruption in the land. Can we, therefore, pay tribute to you in return for your constructing a barrier between us and them?"

That means there is anarchy at that time. There is bloodshed all over the world, there is terror. That is a reference to everyone who terrorizes people and sheds blood.

(Surat Al-Kahf, 91)

"Our knowledge encompasses all that happened to him."

Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will also have knowledge that encompasses all that happened. He will not get into needless details and get sucked in these details like some other scholars. He will encompass the essence of things; he will explain the wisdom behind it. He would thus be explaining everything in a short and concise manner. That will also be true for religion. He will also be explaining Islam sententiously with wisdom. Consequently, the ummah will not be suffocated with unnecessary details. That is because satan suffocated the ummah, the majority of the ummah, with unnecessary details. And the satan played a trick, a trick against Islam and that will be annihilated, insha'Allah.
