New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (23 June 2015)
DENIERS DENY NOT BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIND EVIDENCE BUT BECAUSE OF THEIR ARROGANCE
I seek refuge in God from the accursed satan: “Those who do not expect to meet Us”, in other words, those who deny the afterlife, “say, ‘Why have angels not been sent down to us? Why do we not see our Lord?’ They have become arrogant about themselves and are excessively insolent.” [Surat Al-Furqan, 21] So, God states the main reason. It is arrogance, we assume that an unbeliever does not believe because he cannot see evidence, he cannot get it together in his head, or it is beyond his ken. But, God says it is the feeling of arrogance. It is a relentless feeling of arrogance.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD THATTHERE WAS A COMMUNIST SYSTEM IN THE TIME OF PHARAOH
I seek refuge in God from the accursed satan: “Pharaoh called to his people, saying,”, calling is their typical characteristic actually, “"‘My people, does the kingdom of Egypt not belong to me? Do not all these rivers flow under my control?” (Surat Az-Zukhruf, 51) So, he nationalized everything. He didn’t leave any property to the people. The state seized all property, and a minority came about. In other words, there is a communist system, as far as I understand. It is understood that the state confiscated all the property of its people. Look, even the rivers, he even claimed the rivers.
THINGS CAUSING ARROGANCE IN THE STORY OF PHARAOH:
“Am I not better than this man” he says, am I not higher, “who is contemptible and can scarcely make anything clear?” [Surat Az-Zukhruf, 52]
So look, an ability to speak well, in other words oratory skills, rather than speaking wisely, causes arrogance. For example, as he belongs to a ‘class’, a society, and as he sees him (Moses) as from the common people, he regards himself highly. We understand this is a reason for arrogance. He says he is “contemptible”. How can someone be contemptible? There is no financial means, military power, etc. So this causes a feeling of arrogance in them. Examples can be multiplied of course. “… scarcely make anything clear.” If they see a deficiency in a person, this augments their arrogance then.
“Why have gold bracelets not been put upon his arms.” He thinks property and wealth change someone’s prestige instantly. But he talks about bracelets, he doesn’t accept gold blocks, he talks about wearable gold decorations. “… and why is there not a train of angels accompanying him?” [Surat Az-Zukhruf, 53] He wants this as a matter of prestige. However angels do not appear like that. Yes, they come, but in the form of a man, people do not realize them. What he wants are angels with wings, he wants them as non-human beings.
“In that way he swayed his people” He despises people. For example in Pakistan, in India, there are these bootlickers. There are these American and English sympathizers. They despise the common people and patronize them. They despise their beliefs; for example, they despise their way of dressing, the way they eat. They think themselves classy.
GOD PREVENTS ARROGANT PEOPLE FROM HIS RELIGION
I seek refuge in GOD from the accursed satan. “I will divert from My Signs all those who are arrogant in the earth without any right.” (Surat Al-A’raf, 146) When they become arrogant, God makes them sick. So when they feel arrogant, God prevents them from His religion. He makes them mindless. But recklessness occurs; I mean they have no fear. They are insane. For example, marijuana is illegal, narcotic drugs are illegal but he doesn’t fear that, he openly takes drugs. He doesn’t hesitate, like a kind of psychopath. Or unlicensed arms are illegal, but he carries a gun on his belt. He is a psychopath, he has no fear. Such men have a horrid ability to not fear God. They are more reckless. Those who know fear can fear God. They are more stable, more consistent.
IT IS A MIRACLE THAT PEOPLE LIVE IN A PLACE THEY LIKE
I seek refuge in God from the accursed satan: “We settled the tribe of Israel in a noble place and gave them good things as provision.” (Surah Yunus, 93). Look, God says a noble place. But people might not like a place. But God makes them like it. It is a miracle. For example, you settle someone in a place and he gets uncomfortable. He might not like that place even if it is a pleasant place. But God says we settled them in a noble place. So God made them like it.
THE TRIBE OF ISRAEL SPLIT UP AMONG THEMSELVES REGARDING NUMBER OF WIVES OF THE PROPHET SOLOMON (PBUH) AND THAT HE ENRICHED ISRAEL
“We settled the tribe of Israel in a noble place and gave them good things as provision. They did not differ until knowledge came to them. Your Lord will decide between them on the Day of Rising regarding the things about which they differed” [Surah Yunus, 93]
The tribe of Israel, who left Egypt with the Prophet Moses (pbuh), settled in the Promised Land and became wealthy in the time of the Prophet Solomon (pbuh). Before that, there were divisions among the tribe of Israel but in that period, they lived a nomadic life. The tribe of Israel split up among themselves regarding the number of wives of the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) and that he enriched Israel. They criticized it. They said, “He brought pagan women”; in fact they converted to Islam. The rabbis of the time opposed him saying, “He’s got a thousand wives, he is very fond of women”, the rabbis of the time opposed him. As you know they opposed the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) when he was alive.
After the Prophet Solomon’s (pbuh) death, the kingdom split up; 10 of the 12 tribes broke away from the kingdom. Upon this division, the two neighboring states frequently fought and conflicts happened. The Qur’an refers to this matter. Knowledge came to them, and then Solomon’s Temple was destroyed. 10 of the 12 tribes broke away from the kingdom. A great turmoil broke it up.
GOD PRAISES THE PROPHET SOLOMON (PBUH) IN THE TORAH
For example, All-Mighty God is very pleased with the Prophet Solomon (pbuh). The rabbis are not pleased with him but God is. They hurl incredible insults at the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) in the Torah but God praises him. For example in the Torah, it is stated: “When Solomon completed the temple, the palace, everything he wanted to do, the Lord appeared to him, as He appeared in Givan before, and said, “I heard your prayers and your entreaties. I consecrated this temple that you raised for my name be there forever”. Look, God praises him, “My eyes will be on him, and my hearth will be always there”.
EXPLANATIONS REGARDING THE EFFECTS OF WEALTH ON COMMUNICATING RELIGION IN THE STORY OF THE PROPHET SOLOMON (PBUH)
It is also explained in the Torah that the wealth of the Prophet Solomon (pbuh), the quality of the people around him and their wearing of rich clothes were all effective in conveying the message. Kings 10: “When the Queen of Sheba saw all the wisdom of Solomon and the palace he had built, the food on his table, the seating of his officials, the attending servants in their robes, his cupbearers, and the burnt offerings he made at[a] the temple of the Lord, she was overwhelmed.” Do you see his method? He dresses up smartly, there is great wealth, the furniture is excellent, and the place is excellent. When he conveys the message to the woman, she immediately says, “I believe”. She is impressed. She told the Prophet Solomon (pbuh), “The report I heard in my own country about your achievements and your wisdom is true. But I did not believe these things until I came and saw with my own eyes. Indeed, not even half was told me; in wisdom and wealth you have far exceeded the report I heard” she says. “How happy your men must be! How happy your officials, who continually stand before you and hear your wisdom! Praise be to the Lord your God, who has delighted in you and placed you on the throne of Israel. Because of the Lord 's eternal love for Israel, he has made you King, to maintain justice and righteousness.” says the Queen of Sheba. The clothes are excellent she says, the furniture is excellent, morals are excellent, the order of things is excellent, people's manners are excellent, everything is excellent, she says. The appearance of the house, his wealth, everything is excellent, she says to the Prophet Solomon (pbuh).
