New Statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar (5 September 2013)

Love is something very tasteful and the most beautiful pleasure and blessing granted by Allah and one that delights the body most. It is difficult to understand why people resist love so much. The ones who side with love need to support love compassionately because love can be easily crumpled and quickly shattered. Anger is not quickly gone. Anger has a very solid foundation; grudges and hatreds have very a strong basis and they develop easily. Hatred can sprout with little effort. A little hatred can turn into a big one. However, love requires patience, willpower, wisdom, courtesy, cleanliness, respect and regard. So one must use his or her mind all the time. In cruelty, immorality, atrocities, inhumanity, lovelessness or mercilessness there is no need to use any wisdom. Animal instincts are enough. It is enough to behave like an animal; it is enough to move like an animal. Therefore, lovelessness and mercilessness are more advantageous because with love you would need to use your mind.

Love is the characteristic of quality people, because there is also the issue of maintaining that love. Love can be easily broken; it is a delicate thing. For example, you would take it for a hundred meters and it tries to fall down; you will pick it up immediately. It can crush somewhere; you need to turn it around easily; you need to make it corner easily. It is like driving a dangerous vehicle. Think that there is a child inside the vehicle or that it is a place full of many obstacles; such care is needed.

Loving Allah is also something that requires wisdom and effort but opposing Allah is very easy when you act on animal instinct. Irreligiousness is very easy. They can do it coarsely; but being religious, truly religious, is very difficult. It requires using the mind, gracefulness, effort, courtesy and conscience.

“Read, it will strike like lightening.”

It is understood that this is a rocket. “Read, it will strike like lightening.” So when it reaches the target, it blows up and lightens up, like  lightning; there is both noise and light. The place is turned upside down.

“He will march in the storms of the south, and the Lord Almighty will shield them. They will destroy and overcome with slingstones.”

It is said for believers: The Lord their God will save his people on that day as a shepherd saves his flock.

Believers are like jewels with their clothes, beauty and ornaments.

How attractive and beautiful they will be!”

For example, it is very meaningful. They are both handsome and beautiful. They say: “Why handsome and why beautiful?” Look, the Torah also points to this.

Diviners see visions that lie; they tell dreams that are false, they give comfort in vain.”

For example, really, they are on TV saying: “This star went here and such will happen and that star went there and this will happen.” They lie all the time. It is said in the Torah, “They divert people by telling dreams with no reality.”

My anger burns against the shepherds, and I will punish the leaders;”

For example, world leaders either die or get into trouble one by one, because they don't serve the system of the Mahdi. When they don't serve the system of the Mahdi, they meet with a disaster.

Egypt’s scepter will pass away.”

It says that the government in Egypt will be toppled.

Assyria’s pride will be brought down”

Meaning Iraq, that region… It was really overthrown. Look, its pride was toppled. The thing that draws attention the most is that they lost their pride. This was what is aimed at.

I will strengthen them in the Lord”

So Allah says, “I will make Muslims stronger.”

and in his name they will live securely,””
