Highlights from Adnan Oktar's interview dated 27 August 2010

Kocaeli TV, 27 August 2010

Talut was the Mahdi of his own day. People of the time who had faith but had a sickness in their hearts were envious of Talut. They regarded Talut’s material means and the people around him as inadequate.

There are various dimensions. Those in the 4th dimension are watching us, those in the 3rd dimension. And those in the 5th dimension are watching those in the 4th. One can see djinn, satans and angels in the 4th dimension. We exist in the 3rd dimension. But the 3rd dimension is not so clear, it is more vague. The view of the 4th dimension is sharper. Dreams are a lower dimension. More vague. The Prophet Jesus (as), for example. He no longer has any physical connection to this world or matter in the dimension in which he exists. The Prophet Jesus (as) is in another dimension. He has been taken from the material world. He can no longer see this matter. He can no longer see this world. And we cannot see his world. It is like entering a mirror. You look into a mirror and there is a world there. But it is invisible. Matter exists, this world exists, but the Prophet Jesus (as) cannot see it.

We are in an extraordinarily metaphysical age. But people are unaware of this because Allah has screened events from their eyes. Hazrat Khidr (as) is at work. We used to think the alleged Ergenekon organization was invulnerable. But it collapsed even worse than the Twin Towers on September 11. The alleged Ergenekon organization was demolished before people’s very eyes. There is something metaphysical about that. They themselves are amazed by it. “Who did that to us?” they ask. People cannot understand who brought this about. They look for the source, but cannot find it. They are trying to find who leaked information. They are trying to find the source, but in vain, as they can never find it. And nobody will be able to oppose the course events are taking, not until the end.

The alleged Ergenekon organization never fully realized what it was up against. But nobody can stand up to Hazrat Khidr (as). The dajjal is also terrified of Hazrat Khidr (as), it is inaccurately described in accounts. He can never hold his hand or arm. He cannot hold Hazrat Khidr’s (as) hand. He will immediately assume another form. He will instantaneously have 6 bodies. He is not an entity that our minds can understand. He can suddenly enter a file and become a piece of paper. He can instantaneously become a village elder, or appear in the garb of a judge. They cannot imagine. They have entered a process they cannot stand against. Hazrat Khidr (as) is most intelligent and efficient. He does everything very expertly and in a highly planned manner through Allah’s creation.

Bediuzzaman says that in the End Times, in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as), toward the end, the committee of the dajjal, of the sufyan, will be put down and ruthlessly crushed in phases. Bediuzzaman says that this committee will be very strong in his own time and that victory over it in his day will be impossible. It is impossible in terms of conditions and time and means, but they will be totally defeated and scattered in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as), he says. Allah is using Hazrat Khidr (as) on this matter in the End Times to help Hazrat Mahdi (as) defeat the movements of the dajjal and the sufyan.

Presidents were usually very careful around the alleged Ergenekon organization. Prime ministers said they would not speak about it, nobody said anything. It looked impregnable, but now they are all in a wretched state. Every day, information flows in from somewhere, they do not know what is happening. They cannot understand what is happening since they are confronting a metaphysical event. BUT IN REFERRING TO THE MEMBERS OF THE ALLEGED ERGENEKON ORGANIZATION I AM NOT SPEAKING OF THE ONES ON TRIAL AND DETAINED, THE ONES WHOSE NAMES ARE IN THE OPEN. I am talking about its real leaders, the secret people, and they know who they are.

The alleged Ergenekon organization, the opponents of Islamic Union, the opponents of Turkish-Islamic Union have entered a time when they cannot resist any longer. They will resist with all their might and strive to prevent Turkish-Islamic Union, but they will be unable to. The movement of the Mahdi and the Messiah will rule the world to great cheers.

Satan ran the alleged Ergenekon organization. They say that themselves, that they received instructions directly from satan, that they prostrated themselves before satan. They promised him slaughter.

They can never defeat Hazrat Khidr (as), nor recognize him even in front of their very noses. Hazrat Khidr (as) attends meetings of the alleged Ergenekon organization, without them knowing. They embrace him as “Master,” and are unaware. Hazrat Khidr (as) has them in the palm of his hand, but they fail to realize. But when satan they so trust saw Hazrat Khidr (as) in 1999, he fled and ran away. They are no longer in any state to summon satan.

The movement of the Mahdi, of the Messiah, is invincible. They need not bother pitifully trying.

The age of the Mahdi is now the main issue in the world. The system in America and Europe, the deep state in America, is built on the movement of the Mahdi and the Messiah. Israel is built directly on the movement of the Mahdi and the Messiah. All politics in the world is based on the movement of the Mahdi and the Messiah. Allah is hiding the metaphysical aspect from people, and they go wrong as they only analyze the visible side, so they are unable to fully comprehend what is going on.

The greatest religion of the alleged Ergenekon organization was Darwinism and materialism. Satan founded such a false religion and mocked the whole world with it. But we challenged him, revealed the science of the matter, and he abandoned the field.

They found a slave of Ours whom We had granted mercy from Us and whom We had also given knowledge direct from Us. (Surat al-Kahf, 65)

Abjad calculation of this verse gives the date 2010. Hazrat Khidr (as) has knowledge belonging to him alone.

Moses said to him, “May I follow you on condition that you teach me some of the right guidance you have been taught?” (Surat al-Kahf, 66)

He said, “You will not be able to bear with me.” (Surat al-Kahf, 67)

Hazrat Khidr (as) says, “You may regard me as irreligious, as opposed to the sharia, as bombing and destroying places, as committing murder, and you will lack the patience to bear all this.”

“How indeed could you bear with patience something you have not encompassed in your knowledge?(Surat al-Kahf, 68)

The appearance and essence of a matter are two different things. Hazrat Khidr (as) tells a Prophet “You could not bear this.”

Moses said, “You will find me patient, if Allah wills, and I will not disobey you in any matter.” (Surat al-Kahf, 69)

The Prophet Moses (as) says, “If Allah wills [InshaAllah].” These are the key words in Surat al-Kahf. The Prophet Moses (as) says this, and this is what Hazrat Khidr (as) is looking for.

He said, “Then if you follow me, do not question me about anything until I myself make mention of it to you.” (Surat al-Kahf, 70)

That means greater patience is necessary.

They continued until they boarded a boat and he scuppered it. Then Moses said, “Did you scupper it so that its owners would be drowned? This is truly a dreadful thing that you have done!” (Surat al-Kahf, 71)

Hazrat Khidr (as) speaks face to face, accepting no third party.

The Prophet Moses (as) says, “Did you intend mass slaughter? You have done something unlawful.” But Hazrat Khidr (as) acted out of revelation, and what he did was right.

He said, “Did I not say that you would never be able to bear with me?” (Surat al-Kahf, 72)

Hazrat Khidr (as) admits no other possibility, he says “never.” He does not say “it would be difficult,” he says “you would never be able.” That is because Allah tells him through revelation, beforehand. Allah tells Hazrat Khidr (as), through revelation, that the Prophet Moses (as) would not able to bear with him. Since he has been given revelation, he says he would certainly not be able to bear with him.

Moses said, “Do not take me to task because I forgot. Do not demand of me something which is too difficult.” (Surat al-Kahf, 73)

One of Hazrat Khidr’s (as) qualities is that he calls to account.

The Prophet Moses (as) says, “Do not demand of me something which is too difficult,” because Hazrat Khidr (as) may demand things difficult when necessary, as this is one of his characteristics.

So they went on until they met a youngster whom he killed. Moses said, “Have you killed a boy who has done no wrong, without it being in retaliation for someone else? This is truly an appalling thing that you have done!” (Surat al-Kahf, 74)

“You have killed and done wrong,” he says, but Hazrat Khidr (as) is acting out of revelation.

Moses said, “If I ask you about anything after this, then you should no longer keep me company. I will have given you excuse enough.” (Surat al-Kahf, 76)

Shortly after, Hazrat Khidr (as) retires having done his duty. He will not remain constantly in contact with the same place.

So they went on until they reached the inhabitants of a town. They asked them for food but they refused them hospitality. They found there a wall about to fall down and he built it up. Moses said, “If you had wanted, you could have taken a wage for doing that.” (Surat al-Kahf, 77)

Hazrat Khidr (as) has no need for food, but the Prophet Moses (as) does. Hazrat Khidr (as) can eat or not, as he pleases.

The people of the town are wary of their majesty.

He immediately builds the wall. Hazrat Khidr (as) is a master stonemason, and this is also one of his attributes. This means placing all masons under his control, all of them being under his command, and they have done so, insha’Allah.

Hazrat Khidr (as) asks for no reward. That is an attribute of his, he requests neither food, nor money nor anything. A human being needs things, but he needs nothing. He does not need to sleep or eat. His having no need of anything is one of the signs of Hazrat Khidr (as).

What the people whose ideas we criticize have in common is that you will never hear a word from them in favor of Turkish-Islamic Union or of Islamic Union. But you constantly hear them saying how Turkish-Islamic Union and Muslim unity will never happen. “If it were going to happen, it would have done so in our Prophet’s (saas) time,” they say. Or, “It will happen in 571 years’ time.” But they never support Islamic Union or Turkish-Islamic Union. Drawing attention to this danger is not politics, but a service to the faith. Would these people’s supporters dislike us because we tell the truth? I tell the truth, and they all know I am telling the truth, but if they still dislike me, then they are disobeying the morality of the Qur’an. My complaint is that they do not accept Islamic Union. Let them say just one word in favor. Let them say, “May Allah bring us together, insha’Allah. May Islamic moral values rule the world, insha’Allah.” But they don’t. The really astonishing thing is that they never say such things, but that they behave as if there were no such issue at all.

They describe the bloodshed and how the Islamic world has been made captive, but their solution is to say, “Let them come and kill us and we will square accounts with them in the Hereafter.” This is not the path shown by Allah. He does not say this in the Qur’an. He tells us to strive on His path until there is no fitnah [tribulation, discord, mischief] on Earth and until the religion is Allah’s. Strive with science, art, culture, love and compassion, He says. And this is what we’re saying. There is nothing surprising about that.

All our brothers, Kurds, Assyrians and Arabs want Turkish-Islamic Union. Even the human body lives as a whole. We do not live with our heads and arms split off from one another. Division is not good, unity is good. The more they see the word division, the more people will see the value of unity and Turkish-Islamic Union. If they want people to be happy, they must want them to be united and they must want Turkish-Islamic Union. They must be like their ancestor Saladin and espouse Turkish-Islamic Union. Their ancestors were never fragmented. Kurds, too, can only be happy when Turkish-Islamic Union is founded.... Division is a disaster. There can be no strength if there is division. The wolves will gobble them up piecemeal. The wolves are waiting at the gate.

I swear that Turkey will not be split up and I swear that there will be Great Turkey and Islamic Union, insha’Allah. We have Allah’s promise in the Qur’an, and the Messenger of Allah’s (saas) promise. There is no other alternative. Our holy Prophet (saas) says so. Allah has promised. And Allah tells us in the Qur’an that He never goes back on His promises.

We sent you only to bring good news and to give warning. (Surat al-Furqan, 56)

Thinking in terms of the End Terms, this is an allusion to “We have sent you to bring good news that Islamic moral values will rule the world and there will be Islamic Union.”
56 (the number of Surat al-Furqan) x 25 (the verse number) = 1400
Abjad calculation of the verse also gives 1400 (Hijri 1400)

“What has My Lord to do with you if you do not call on Him? But you have denied the truth, so punishment is bound to come.” (Surat al-Furqan, 77)

We also pray, “O Lord, give us Turkish-Islamic Union, give us Islamic Union, and let Islamic moral values rule the world.” We do not want blood and gunpowder or conflict. We want love and affection. And we also want to protect Christians and Jews too.

The great majority of scholars today are merely scholars of information; they do not use the kind of language that will cause rejoicing in people’s hearts. There is no language that might open the heart or bestow depth of faith. There is merely transmission. They talk mechanically, with frozen faces and cold voices. There is no depth, joy, fervor of Islamic Union or sovereignty, no fervor for striving in the way of Allah.

Allah has protected Turkey through Hazrat Mahdi (as). Otherwise the alleged Ergenekon organization would not have been so shattered. Turkey would have been fragmented long ago. The whole world was putting pressure to fragment Turkey and split it up. It would have gone long before the September 12 coup. But Allah did not permit this, by way of Hazrat Mahdi (as). Because we have Allah's promise. Allah will make the moral values of Islam rule the world. Allah will not allow a hair on Turkey’s head to be harmed since the bastion is here.

It is wrong to say “What good will my words do” on the subject of espousing Turkish-Islamic Union.

When Islamic moral values rule, not only Hazrat Mahdi (as) will be wealthy, not only Hazrat Mahdi (as) will be happy. Everyone will be. Everyone will be wealthy and happy.

Knowledge of the unseen was revealed to our Prophet (saas), and the signs of the Day of Judgment and, most important of all, these signs have come about in perfect clarity.

Except Iblis. He disdained to be one of the prostrators. (Surat al-Hijr, 31)

He said, “Iblis, what is it that prevents you being among the prostrators?” (Surat al-Hijr, 32)

He said, “I will not prostrate to a human being whom You have created out of dried clay formed from fetid black mud.” (Surat al-Hijr, 33)

He said, “Get out from here, you are accursed.” (Surat al-Hijr, 34)

“The curse will be on you till the Day of Reckoning.” (Surat al-Hijr, 35)

He said, “My Lord, grant me a reprieve until the Day they are resurrected.” (Surat al-Hijr, 36)

He said, “You are among the reprieved.” (Surat al-Hijr, 37)

We see in the verses satan’s hypocritical and arrogant character, and he foolishly regards himself as superior.

Allah speaks of the Day of Reckoning, while satan speaks of the day they are resurrected. There are two different expressions.

The Day of Reckoning may be a reference to the appearance of Hazrat Mahdi (as). Allah knows the truth.

He said, “My Lord, because You misled me, I will make things on the Earth seem good to them and I will mislead them all, every one of them.” (Surat al-Hijr, 39)

Figuratively speaking, the character of the members of the alleged Ergenekon organization is also being described in the verse. Excluding the devout Turkish nation and the followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as), insha’Allah.

And [He] unified their hearts. Even if you had spent everything on the Earth, you could not have unified their hearts. But Allah has unified them. He is Almighty, All-Wise. (Surat al-Anfal, 63)

“I have unified them” says Allah. “I have made you into a single body,” He says.

O Prophet! Spur on the believers to fight. If there are twenty of you who are steadfast, they will overcome two hundred; and if there are a hundred of you, they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they are people who do not understand. (Surat al-Anfal, 65)

Encourage the believers to the intellectual struggle, to Islamic Union, to the foundation of Turkish-Islamic Union. Unbelievers are weak in culture, intelligence and ideas. You can easily neutralize them. You can defeat them with knowledge, reason and ideas.

Harun Yahya TV

I cannot analyze character. Allah makes it and I see it. I say what Allah causes to be manifested in me. I do not speak myself. Allah causes me to speak, and I too listen to it. They can see how well Allah manifests this by logging onto the What He Said, What Happened pages on HarunYahya.com. By Allah’s choosing, I do useful work, and these things are put into action. But it is Allah Who does it, not me. Allah causes me to make my choices and we really do good work. Allah makes us His instrument.

“I am not a prophet, I am a human being,” I said. Allah has created people with deficiencies. I take the prophets as role models. Prophets are models, but I am not a prophet, I am not a model. I say, if I make a mistake I will put it right. I am not superhuman. I speak of superhuman entities; angels and Hazrat Khidr (as). I say that any success is entirely created by Allah. I believe that all power lies with Allah.

Let my brother make a comparison with himself. How many of his books have been published globally? I have written more than 300 books, and millions of people read them all over the world. They have been instrumental in guiding millions of people. How many people has my brother been instrumental in leading to faith?

I have burst the giant movement of irreligion like a balloon. Allah made me His instrument. Let him look and see how this happened.
Many of our brothers espouse the Turkish-Islamic Union, but I would like to hear about anyone who talks about it as lively and widely as I do. There is no-one, apart from a few specific groups.

Does anyone strive as much as me, day and night, for Islamic Union? Let him tell me that. Does he?

Has he set an example for many communities by showing them effective ways of working? Many communities and groups say that about me. So Allah has made me His instrument.

There are very few people who say as much as I do that communism is a threat and that the PKK is a communist movement. Is there anyone else who wages such a powerful intellectual struggle against the PKK?

We have put a stop to the worst movement of the dajjal in the world history. Darwinism and materialism are the worst movement of the dajjal in world history. They lead to the first and second world wars, to the deaths of 350 million people, to misery and suicide and to the fragmentation of the Islamic world. By Allah’s help, as the forerunner of Hazrat Mahdi (as), we have demolished this false system.

When it comes to the signs leading to faith, there is no other model in the world today like us, of the kind we are instrumental in. Nobody makes such detailed statements. Bediuzzaman said this would happen in the End Times. Allah made me instrumental in that, too. Allah has ordained it. Allah prepared it, and gives the impression I am doing it, as a shadow entity.

Allah has bestowed the beauty of telling the Qur’an and faith related issues in a rational way on me and very few other people. Allah has made me His instrument, using a certain language which is 100% representative of the truth, instead of an artificial, false, insincere and unbelievable way of talking. Such people are very rare. I too watch myself doing it. Allah has bestowed it on me.
Who talks about building Islamic Union with love and compassion, and by eliminating weaponry? There are very few people.
Who else talks about the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as) in this century, says that he has already come and that the Prophet Jesus (as) has also come, using such rational, realistic and sincere language in complete agreement with the hadiths of our Prophet (saas) and the Qur’an?

Who else tells the students of the Nur about their error regarding a collective personality? Such people are very rare.
Who else says that Hazrat Mahdi (as) and Jesus the Messiah (as) are at work, but using true hadiths of our Prophet (saas) that have actually come about and proven events, rather than using dreams and demagoguery?

Hypocrites are very unintelligent, and never imagine they can be easily exposed. But they render a great service to Islam. They cause us to tell about good things and always result in good things. They ride the devil’s steed, but they actually benefit Muslims rather than harming them. They ride the steed of evil, but do good to us and evil to themselves. They bestow plenty on us and cannot harm us.

The Holy Cloak was repaired in 2010 for the first time in 1400 years, because the time when Hazrat Mahdi (as) will wear it is imminent.

  • The spirit of Allah is also in the Dabba (computer). It is also a creature of Allah’s. Allah creates a voice in it as He does in us. Allah makes our vocal chords His instrument. Sounds are directly created by Allah.
  • It is seen by both those in the East and in the West at the same time. We are four people here, the fifth is the Dabbat al-Ard. Allah has given it one eye, a small one it looks through [referring to the computer’s camera]. It spreads the information it acquires across the world. We are talking here, and the Dabbat al-Ard disseminates it across the world. Who does this? Allah. Who creates this entity? Allah.
  • “When that promise befalls them,” the hadith says. When we look at the Qur’an, we see what that means. Allah makes a covenant with the Prophets:
  • Remember when Allah made a covenant with the Prophets: “Now that We have given you a share of the Book and Wisdom, and then a messenger comes to you confirming what is with you, you must believe in him and help him.” He asked, “Do you agree and undertake my commission on that condition?” They replied, “We agree.” He said, “Bear witness, then. I am with you as one of the witnesses.” (Surah Al ‘Imran, 81)
  • The Prophet Jesus (as) also promises. He will make good that promise by helping Hazrat Mahdi (as) in the End Times, insha’Allah. The figurative sense of the verse will come about.
  • He says its face resembles that of a human being; human faces appear on the computer screen.
  • All colors are present in the Dabbat al-Ard.
  • The hadith says it has a beak with feathered tip. When you pull the cable out of a computer it is made up of several wires and does resemble a beak. That was our Prophet’s (saas) excellent way of describing it.
  • He says that nobody can match it. It goes at the speed of electricity. He says that nobody can escape it. Hypocrites also hear me, and they cannot avoid it.
  • The Dabba does not have its own verses, but transmits the verses of the Qur’an. It is stated in the hadith that verses will be heard. It can be heard now, exactly as stated.
  • When the volume is turned up, its noise rises.
  • The internet works both underground and flying in the air.
  • It is stated in the hadith that Dabbat al-Ard comes to a person praying. That means that the use of free will is not eliminated. Would a person pray once the test has been removed? Prayer would no longer be valid in that case. They are praying now, and the Dabba is also at work. But it appears in such a way as not to eliminate the use of free will.
  • It makes the sign, identifying the hypocrite. Now we announce from there that hypocrites are liars, using the Dabba as an instrument. So the hadith has come true.
  • The hadith says that satan will be slain, and satan is currently writhing around on the ground, insha’Allah.
