Highlights from Mr. Adnan Oktar's interview on 11 September 2011

A9 TV; 11 September 2011

Turkish-Islamic Union is everywhere. Look at the press. Look at the speeches and Turkish foreign policy. Have you ever seen anything like it in the previous 40-50 years? The last 60-70 years? You never will have. That is Turkish-Islamic Union. As early as 2011. Just imagine how it will be in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 or 2017. It will grow every year. But there will be plots against the supporters of Islamic Union and Turkish-Islamic Union. But Turkish-Islamic Union will still come about despite that, insha’Allah.

(About the September 11 attacks)

This is something set out in the hadiths. A corruption of smoke and dust. The way the buildings collapsed was miraculous. It is for the moment inexplicable. There is no explanation for it. A miracle took place before people’s very eyes. But since it did not happen in such a way as to eliminate free will, people regard it as quite unextraordinary. A huge building melted away like a candle and collapsed in a matter of seconds. Everyone regards that as normal. A building made of steel and concrete. It is extraordinary, a clear miracle. But because of the way it was presented it does not eliminate people’s free will when it comes to interpreting it.

(About a report on the Israel National News web site considering Turkish-Israeli relations and including statements by Mr. Adnan Oktar)

We do not want tension or conflict in the region. We are pleased at Israel’s presence in the region. They are servants of Allah. Where are they supposed to go? They have to settle and live somewhere in the world. One cannot tell them just to go away when they come. That is unfitting. What we really want is for that tension to be lifted from Israel and from Palestine. There is unnecessary conflict and tension. The land there is vast. Boundless. And only a handful of people live there. The numbers of Palestinians and Israelis are very low. But the land is vast. The land is broad and fertile. Money is being spent on armaments, and on conflict and tension. That prevents Israel and Palestine becoming wealthy. There are walls, thick walls. These must all be eliminated. Israel must be able to relax and rejoice. As must Palestine. Let us do away with conflict. “What is the problem? What is it that cannot be settled?” we will ask. There is nothing that cannot be settled. If the problem is land, then help yourself and settle where you like. If that happened, Israel would be one of the richest states of the region. Palestine would be one of the richest states of the region. I already regard Palestine as a state. There is a state there. They must therefore embrace one another … Let them work in one another’s workplaces. Let them send doctors and engineers to one another. The area could be like paradise. There is no need for conflict or tension or unease. A dead-end has grown up, and satan is just encouraging it. We will do away with that, insha’Allah, by Allah’s leave. And we will ensure that all our Palestinian brothers are free, insha’Allah. I refuse to accept even one Palestinian in prison. In the case of murder, then that is different, of course. Those responsible must be punished, there can be no excuses. But I want to see no political detainees. I want Israel to live in complete peace. They have suffered for hundreds of years. They have never been at ease. Hitler came as a plague on them. They have suffered everywhere. They made them suffer in Spain. This will be the first time ever they can live in peace. For good, insha’Allah. We will strive with all our means to bring that about. My dear Palestinian brothers are also literally suffering the pains of hell. We will bring a festive atmosphere to the whole of Palestine. The whole region will be theirs. They will be totally free enter and leave wherever they wish, insha’Allah. Through the Qur’an, the Sunnah of our Prophet (saas), love, affection, science and reason. That is so easy, yet satan keeps stoking the flames. Satan first creates an impasse. There is a verse about it. Almighty Allah says, “from the evil of women who blow on knots”  They first create an impasse and then stoke the flames. We will also resolve this and not allow them to stoke the flames any more. Insha’Allah, by Allah’s leave. As followers and the vanguard of Hazrat Mahdi (as).

Hazrat Ali said the following about the titles of Hazrat Mahdi (as);

“His providing a shelter,” a place of refuge in other words, “is broader than all of you providing a shelter;

In other words, he is saying that no matter how much you strive you can never have a shelter like him. Such are the opportunities he will provide for you.

His knowledge will be greater than that of all of you;

Because he will have secret knowledge. Knowledge from the mind of Allah.

His relations with relatives will be greater than that of all of you...

In other words, his relations with those he loves will be much stronger.

“How I long to see him,” says Hazrat Ali. Since he is his descendant.

Imam Sadik said;

How can this Ummah (Islamic community) deny that just as Allah treated Hazrat Joseph (as) He will treat His own Hujjat (evidence) [that is Hazrat Mahdi (as)] and his [Hazrat Mahdi’s (as)] strolling around the market and setting foot in fairs  [without being recognized] until Allah makes him appear!

He will be just like the Prophet Joseph (as). The Prophet Joseph’s (as) brothers failed to recognize him. In the same way, they will fail to recognize Hazrat Mahdi (as). “Hazrat Mahdi (as) will move through the marketplaces. He will travel about. Hazrat Mahdi (as) will look them in the eye. And they will look Hazrat Mahdi (as) in the eye, but will fail to recognize him,” he says. The Prophet Joseph’s (as) brothers failed to recognize him. Eventually they even asked, “Are you Joseph?” They were unable to place him.

Imam Sadik said;

“People will seek their own imam. Yet Hazrat Mahdi (as) will participate in the pilgrimage ceremonies in the pilgrimage season, and they will see him. But they will be unable to see him.”  Insha’Allah.

 Hazrat Mahdi (as) will also go on the hajj.

Hazrat Ali, the lion of Allah, said;

“Hazrat Mahdi (as) will enter Jerusalem and will pray with the people as their imam... Jesus (as) will also pray behind him and swear allegiance to him.”

Imam Sadik said;

“When the Mahdi appears he will wear the robes of Hazrat Ali and will act on the basis of his virtues.”

In other words, he will be just like Hazrat Ali. Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) virtues will be reminiscent of those of Hazrat Ali. He will be descended from him, and will of course resemble him, his forebear.

Hazrat Ali said;

“... He (Hazrat Mahdi (as)) will place his hand on his servants’ heads. In this way, the hearts of all believers will be stronger than iron.”

In other words, Hazrat Mahdi (as) will touch those whom he loves with his own hand.

He saysthey will be stronger than iron.

That spiritual electricity from Hazrat Mahdi (as) will cure them, insha’Allah.

“and Almighty Allah will give him the strength of forty people.”

“They will become very strong people,” Allah says.

Imam Sadik said: “Hazrat Mahdi (as) will expose the hidden aspects of what every people does, and will distinguish friend from foe with his insight.”

In other words, he will report the true facts. He has a great ability to receive news. He may receive news from his friends in the djinn. Like the Prophet Solomon (as). We cannot know.

And will distinguish friend from foe with his insight.”

“He will recognize them when he looks in their eyes,” he says.

He says, “Hazrat Mahdi (as) will analyze states.” He will analyze what is true and false and mistaken about them.

Human beauty is the greatest blessing in the world, there is nothing greater. We have flowers, but this is a billion or trillion times lovelier. Human beauty is incomparably lovelier. It delights me enormously and instills a feeling of great well-being in my heart, insha’Allah. I am filled with love of Allah. Because Allah manifests Himself in the other person. Allah manifests Himself in human form. And I look with amazement on that beauty and give thanks to Allah, insha’Allah.

The words of great and worthy scholars, esteemed individuals in the End Times, about Islamic Union and Hazrat Mahdi (as) are like sulfuric acid thrown in the faces of the hypocrites and hurt them enormously. I keep on repeating them so they will suffer a bit more. That came as a huge slap in the face to them just as they were saying, “We have covered it up and put an end to the matter.” Almighty Allah has suddenly raised the matter of the way of the Mahdi in the End Times. Everyone has become aware of it and learned it by heart. So their efforts to keep it under wraps were all in vain. Allah has thwarted their snares with a spiritual slap in the face, alhamdulillah.

Surat al-Zumar, 32:

Who could do greater wrong than those who lie about Allah and deny the truth [the Qur’an] when it comes to them? Do the unbelievers not have a dwelling place in Hell?”

 “I speak on the basis of the Qur’an,” you say. But they say, “That is not enough.” “So what is to be done?” “Let us add an idol and speak on the basis of that idol, too” they say. Allah has set it all out in the Qur’an. He says He has left nothing out. But some people still say the Qur’an is deficient. “How are we to complete it?” we ask. “With an idol,” they say. Allah will turn that idol against him. “Do the unbelievers not have a dwelling place in Hell? He Who brings the truth and He Who confirms it”

As for those who see the sufficiency of the Qur’an, “…those are the people who are heedful.” If they say, “the Qur’an is sufficient,” then Allah says they are heedful, insha’Allah. They will have anything they wish for with their Lord. That is the recompense of the good-doers.”Is Allah not enough for His servant? Yet they try to scare you with others apart from Him.” I once opened the Qur’an in times of trouble and this verse appeared before me, insha’Allah. If Allah misguides someone, he has no guide.”

They tried really hard to prevent me talking about materialism and Darwinism. When I first spoke about the way of the Mahdi the fanatics all went crazy. They threatened and pressurized me. But I kept right on talking about it, and am still doing so. They cannot and will not stop me. “And if Allah guides someone, he cannot be misguided. Is Allah not Almighty, Exactor of Revenge?”

Now they praise themselves. Who should you praise? Allah. Allah has two effects. He creates, and He also creates the appreciation of what He creates. He creates beautifully, and creates fervor out of beauty. He creates an effect and the appreciation thereof. All three belong to Allah. That is a beauty beloved of Allah. And that is what Allah will apply in paradise, insha’Allah.

Surat ar-Rum, 33:

When harm touches people they call on their Lord, repenting to Him.”They pray, saying, Lord, lift this affliction from me, take this sickness from me.  “But then, when He gives them a taste of mercy from Him, a group of them immediately associate others with their Lord.”

Then they say, “I did it.” Whereas in fact Allah does it. They forget Allah there. All right, you say that Allah sent sickness and afflictions. And then? “I came by them by myself,” they say. That is ascribing equals to Allah. One must know to regard an afflict bestowed by Allah as a blessing, that Allah also created that as an opportunity. Otherwise, one is ascribing equals to Him, and that is most dishonest behavior.

Surah Al ‘Imran, 139

Do not give up and do not be downhearted. You shall be uppermost if you are believers.”This is a miracle. This verse also refers to Hazrat Mahdi (as). Because there must be no defeatism or despair. You have faith and are determined, and “you shall be uppermost,” says Almighty Allah. Whoever behaves in that way. Even if they are just one person, they will be uppermost, insha’Allah.

Surat ar-Rum, 35:

Or have We sent down some authority to them, which advocates associating others with Him?”

What does Allah say is the source of that nonsense produced by unbelievers? “Have I sent down some authority,” He says. Has a sign been sent down? Where did they get this from? “When We give people a taste of mercy, they rejoice in it,”and they really do jump up and down from joy. “…but when something bad happens to them because of what they themselves have done, they immediately lose all hope.”

Let us imagine that someone does wrong, and Allah sends him an affliction as punishment. Then you see people who once leapt for joy now sitting alone in a corner, or weeping and trembling, their hands and faces in a dreadful state. Yet it is Allah Who does both. It is Allah Who causes people to jump with joy and also Who brings about the other thing. The thing to do is to place one’s trust in Allah with a fine submission. For example, Allah sends me all kinds of troubles, but He also sends me pleasures and compensations. They all come from Him, thanks be to Allah, masha’Allah.

Love is so fine, alhamdulillah. What a fine blessing Allah has bestowed on the human soul. Lovelessness is terrible. Allah sends a loveless person crazy, or makes him imbalanced. They become egotistical and selfish. They become aggressive, difficult, ruthless, unfeeling and ignorant of art, science and beauty; ugly creatures devoid of beauty and cleanliness. But with love, people literally become radiant and very lovely through love of Allah.

If you keep repeating the views on life of unbelievers and fanatics, then you will continue with the same problems, to wade through the same mud. There is a system established by the fanatics. And that system has made Muslims as they are now. Since the fanatics have taken over many key positions they have inflicted disaster on Muslims. You say, let us continue striving in the same way with the system of the bigots. But you will continue suffering afflictions in the same way, then. Allah will continue to afflict you so long as you apply the system of the bigots and the unbelievers. And you will begin struggling through troubles and difficulties, and you will never see the end of them. “Why do we not live like the bigots?” you ask. That is like saying, “Why do we not seek out afflictions?” The fanatics brought about the collapse of the Ottoman Empire. If you continue with the same vile, dark and muddy system, the same problems will repeat themselves. Nothing else is possible. What is the way of the Mahdi? The exact opposite of that. The exact opposite of the bigots’ system. Let us be followers of Hazrat Mahdi (as). Let us return to the time of our Prophet (saas). Let us be Muslims of the Age of Felicity, insha’Allah.

If bigotry prevails, the Islamic community will be ruined. Nothing will be left of Islam, the Qur’an, the faith, Allah or scripture. You are unknowingly serving the dajjal [antichrist], the way of the dajjal. Bigotry is the sword of the dajjal. And bigotry brought down the Ottoman Empire. The reason why Europeans are so uneasy about Islam is again bigotry. Islam is light, beauty, but you have depicted it as a system that terrifies people. You have produced a terrible scourge and corruption. I am trying to clean that corruption up, to clean up what you have soiled.

Surat ar-Rum, 29-32:

However, those who do wrong pursue their whims and desires without any knowledge.”What is knowledge? The Qur’an. They have gone along with inventions produced by pagans, not based on the Qur’an. Who can guide those whom Allah has led astray? They will have no helpers.”

 “So set your face firmly towards the religion [the Qur’an], as a pure natural believer, Allah’s natural pattern on which He made mankind. There is no changing Allah’s creation. That is the true religion – but most people do not know it –“

The religion described by the Qur’an. “…but most people do not know it.” Allah says that the bigots do not know it now. “…as a pure natural believer,”in a pure form, adding nothing to the Qur’an. ...turning towards Him. Have fear of Him and establish prayer.”  Pray in the proper way. Not as the unbelievers describe. Do not be among the idolaters:”People say, “But that does not refer to me.” But it does refer to you. If you make additions to the Qur’an, heed idols and idolaters, if you say, “this polytheist and that idol said this or that against the Qur’an,” them you are also one of the idolaters. “…those [polytheists] who split up their religion;”yet people still say that does not refer to them. But it does.  “…and form into sects;” Who does it refer to then? “Not to us,” they say. “…each faction exulting in what they have.”  “I am the best of all,” they say. “I am one of the saved.” But Allah sets it out quite explicitly. “…and form into sects;” He says they are divided into separate factions among themselves. “…each faction exulting in what they have.”  Allah says they say they are the best. They say the verse does not refer to them. But it does. To maintain that the Qur’an is insufficient is to declare war on Allah. To say the Qur’an is insufficient is to insult the Qur’an, it is to declare war against Allah’s religion. But they regard the insufficiency of the Qur’an as a minor thing. Though issues many threats regarding the Qur’an. Allah says we will be held to account for the Qur’an alone, and nothing else. One will not be held to account for the nonsense dreamed up by unbelievers, only for the Qur’an. He says that people say they will also be called to account for the nonsense of unbelievers. There is not holding to account for idols or what idols say. Only for the Qur’an. What can we say if people refuse to believe it? Allah says, and the verse is totally explicit; Is that not clear enough? Allah is not talking about any other book. In the form transmitted by our Prophet (saas), insha’Allah.

The true parts of the Gospel are valid, and it does contain the most perfect accounts. The true parts of the Torah are also valid, and it also contains the most perfect accounts. No rational Muslim can engage in bigotry on that subject. Allah sets out the commandments of the Qur’an and the Gospel inside the Qur’an. The true parts of the Gospel are valid. They have not ceased to apply. But there are also wrong parts. Of course, a Muslim must look through the light of the Qur’an and distinguish between right and wrong and evaluate them accordingly, insha’Allah.
