Mr. Adnan Oktar, upon learning that  the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami leader was sentenced to death,  started  #nottoexecutioninBangladesh hash tag on Twitter.

December 10th, 2013: A9 TV Regarding  the news that Jamaat-e-Islami leader Abdulkadir Molla was sentenced to death in February on  account of the fact that he committed  war crimes  during the 1971 War of Independence from Pakistan; 

ADNAN OKTAR:  #stopexecutioninBangladesh. Because this is  horrible violence, a great immorality, this is a shocking appearance of their ignorance and reckless.  Capital punishment is being abolished  all over the world. What is this disgrace for ? What was his fault? On which circumstances do you execute him? Our brothers must insist on this issue everywhere. Those rude people think that the world is ignorant.

 

December 12th, 2013

United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights sent a letter to Bangladesh to stop the execution of Abdulkadir Molla in Bangladesh. On the other hand, Minister of Foreign Affairs Afmed Davutoğlu, took action in order to halt the execution of the Bangladeshi Jamaat-e-Islami leader.
