ADNAN OKTAR: There are no problems whatsoever between the Turkish and the Israeli people. Both sides love one another vey much. They regard one another as brothers. This has been the case for centuries. When he met the Jews, our Prophet (saas) used to take off his cassock and lay it underneath them. He made them sit on it and conversed with them. Our Prophet (saas) married a Jewish lady. He also married a Christian lady. You also know the Spanish period; Jews were persecuted in Spain. We took them from Spain and brought here. To our most beautiful city; we made them settle in the most distinguished district of our most beautiful city [Istanbul] and we presented friendship and brotherhood to them in the most favorable manner.
This is tradition for us, in other words, we have always possessed feelings of compassion and protection towards the Jews. And it will henceforth be so. Therefore, this crisis is only temporary, it is inappropriate to look at the circumstance and think that this will get worse, or eventually turn into either fight or war. There will not be any war and there will be no fight. On the contrary there will only be peace and brotherhood because we are in the Era of the Mashiach.
Israel together with Palestine and Turkey will be right in the midst of all kinds of beauties and all other blessings. Our Israeli brothers will embrace the Palestinian brothers. The fight will end. Those walls will be torn down, those giant walls, tall and high walls. Check points will also be removed. Because peace and brotherhood will prevail, this is what we see in the hadiths of our Prophet (saas). The Messenger of Allah (saas) has described the End Times in minute detail, that is the time of the Mahdi (pbuh). In the same way, we see this in the Torah just as we have read from the Torah, you have also seen. We are in the time that the Torah has informed of. The King Mashiach has come; the Mahdi has come. Let us rejoice it. For that reason the sounds of fight and noises of war should be removed from now on, and those will be removed and you will witness these, too. In about ten to twenty years, a great brotherhood and peace will prevail in the region. Our brothers should feel the enjoyment of this. They should not be at unnecessary unease.
Surely Jews are brothers in religion with one another, and so are the Muslims. With our Jewish brothers, on the other hand, we are brothers in this world. And we feel compassion and respect for their views and beliefs. We are not of the opinion that anyone should suffer any intervention and repression due to his creed, for in the Qur'an Allah makes it explicit that "there is no compulsion in the religion." Noone can ever distort Allah's provision. Noone can be forced to convert into Islam. A religion is religion if it is embraced liberally. If compulsion is in question, it ceases to be religion. So let our Israeli brothers have this notion on their minds. Let them consider it [Islam] this way. 3 thousand years ago, the Torah heralded that we would be seeing those beautiful days. Our Prophet (saas), al-Muhammad al-Mustapha, also provided detailed information to us 1400 years ago about it. All the portents of the King Mashiach have appeared. The flow of the Euphrates stopped, the two comets, namely Halley Comet and Lulin Comet, appeared. Qa'ba was stormed and solar and lunar eclipses during the month of Ramadan occurred 15 days apart.
