I feel sorry for unchaste women. How sad they are. Allah makes them mad. They lose their senses, by the law of Allah. Aggressive. Slyness is a terrible thing in a woman. She turns into a very strange being indeed. Really dangerous and aggressive, so there is no telling what she will do next. But a devout woman, chaste and well-raised, is a wonderful and sweet thing.
People want to be spiritual guides. They want to have the highest rank in paradise. “Make me closest to You,” they say. Allah says they compete in faithfulness.
Page 27 of the Al-Qawl al-Mukhtasar fi `Alamat al-Mahdi al-Muntadhar:
“Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will preserve Islam at the end in the same way that the Prophet (pbuh) preserved it at the beginning. Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will leave no subsequent additions,” says our Prophet (pbuh). Our Prophet (pbuh) says that, as in his own day, the Mahdi (pbuh) will perform all the requirements of the faith but do away with all nonsense added on afterward.
“The enemies of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will be those who imitate scholars of religious law,” some people from among the fanatics. “Because when they see that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) governs in the opposite manner to the imams of the sects, this will displease them, they will accuse him of not being one of the People of the Sunnah, and will refer to people of perversion and subsequent additions to the faith. But they will be unable to overcome him. The declared foes of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will be scholars of religious law. Because they will have no more prestige among the public. Their knowledge will even decline. Ibn Arabi says this in Al-Futuḥat al-Makkiyya. In other words, Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will be branded as perverse and outside the people of the Sunnah. We can see this in the hadiths of our Prophet (pbuh), as well as in statements by Ibn Arabi. The Prophet (pbuh) says they will say. “He has ruined our religion.” The Mahdi (pbuh) will wish people to live by the Qur’an, but since they are used to living by nonsense, they will say, “He has ruined our religion.”
Surah Hud, 49;
Allah addresses our Prophet (pbuh); “That is some of the news of the Unseen which We reveal to you.” You do not know secret knowledge, but I reveal it to you, Allah says. “Neither you nor your people knew it before this time.” Therefore, the prophet does not know secret knowledge, but he reveals knowledge revealed to him through secret knowledge. “He is the Knower of the Unseen, and does not divulge His Unseen to anyone” (Surat al-Jinn, 26) One cannot attain secret knowledge when one desires it. Not when one wants to have it. “except a Messenger with whom He is well pleased, and then He posts sentinels before him and behind him.” (Surat al-Jinn, 27) Allah says He will also give them secret knowledge. I bestow knowledge, and they tell you. Not in the sense of what they regard as secret knowledge. Knowledge about secret knowledge is transmitted to you. “Allah has not given you access to the Unseen.” You cannot know about secret knowledge, Allah says. “But Allah chooses those of His Messengers whom He wills.” (Surat al-‘Imran, 179)He reveals secret knowledge to them.
(In answer to a viewer who says, “There are videos about you being the Mahdi in the virtual world. Where do these come from?”)
I have always said everywhere that I am not the Mahdi. I always say it is unlawful to claim to be the Mahdi, and that anyone doing so has left the faith. You should ask those who produce the videos and say these things where they get that idea from. People do not say these things out of good intentions. Because when one claims to be the Mahdi one abandons the faith. That is out of the question.
(In response to a viewer who says, “I envy you.”)
Do not be envious. That is unlawful. Allah makes envy unlawful in verses. It is unacceptable. The public regard it as acceptable. It is even regarded as a matter of honor. But envy is actually unlawful. “hasidin itha hasada” says Allah.
Hazrat Ali (pbuh) understood Rasulullah (pbuh) even as a child. While he was still a young child. But adult men of 60 or 70 were unable to do so. Hazrat Ali (pbuh) did not say, let a sheikh or someone else show me the path, so I can understand after that. He understood through clarity of mind. That is why Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is a test. Very few people will be able to identify Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) at the beginning. There is no question of a sheikh identifying him. There is nothing like that in Islam.
People will be hugely excited when they hear that “Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) has come.” They will seek him everywhere, with all their might. You cannot just say, “So what?” If we were sitting at home and they told us that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) had just appeared, we would not just say, “That may be so. But it is of no interest to us. Let us get on with our own business.” If such a thing happened, the owner of the house would let us know that Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) had come. It would be a violation of reason, logic and good conscience for us to say that his coming is of no concern to us. We should immediately head to the scene.
Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is someone who is and will be rejected. He will be regarded by the Muslims of the time, by many people, as a deviant, as not being one of the believers. Because he will eliminate the sects.2012-04-05 10:32:48
