Turkey's accession to the EU is very important

What He Said?What Happened?

Kirsehir TV, July 15-2008

Presenter: I want to hear your opinion about this issue. Do you think Turkey should join EU?

Adnan Oktar:
Of course, Turkey’s joining EU would be very very good. It would be good in every aspect. But joining in this way wouldn’t be proper. Turkey should join EU as the leader of Turkish Islamic Union, as a super state, as the great Turkey. THEN ITS CONTRIBUTION TO EU WOULD BE ALSO VERY VERY GREAT. THAT IS TO SAY, EU WOULD ATTAIN THE KIND OF WEALTH, EASE AND SECURITY OF UNESTIMATED, UNPRECEDENTED DIMENSIONS.

Azerbaijan State News Agency, August 14-2008

Adnan Oktar: As a matter of fact, Turkey is the greatest state of the world. I’m not exaggerating, the greatest state. This is what’s going to happen; Turkey will enter EU as the leader of Great Turkish Islamic Union. It will then both nourish and strengthen European Union. Russia will recover, Armenia will be comfortable, Israel will be comfortable, and Palestine problem will be solved. I MEAN TURKEY IS A COUNTRY WHICH WILL SAVE THE ENTIRE WORLD. IT’S LIKE A SECURITY OF THE WHOLE WORLD. TURKEY IS A VITAL COUNTRY. THE ENTIRE WORLD WILL START TO REALISE THIS IN 10-20 YEARS TIME AND TURKEY WILL ESTABLISH BROTHERHOOD IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. This is insha’Allah the law of Allah, this is the destiny insha’Allah.

Yeni Asya Daily , January 28-2010

Frans Timmermans, the Dutch State Secretary for EU Affairs, said Turkey's accession to the EU would be as important a development as the end of the cold war, or the French-German conflict.
