Highlights from Mr. Adnan Oktar's interview on 10 May 2011

A9 TV; 10 May 2011

  • Ahmadinejad is a follower of Hazrat Mahdi (as). He sometimes receives information from the Mahdi (as) and acts and behaves accordingly; direction by the Qur’an, the Sunnah and the Mahdi (as). Excellent. May Allah make him auspicious and prosperous. He will be successful because he has embraced the Sunnah of our Prophet (saas) and listens to the word of our Prophet (saas). He is on the true path, insha’Allah. Ahmadinejad is a very rational person. He is not someone to believe nonsense. Opponents of the Mahdi (as) and bigots, they are opposing the way of the Mahdi in the name of religion and Allah. They are striving against the way of the Mahdi with all their might. But they will not succeed. The supporters of the Mahdi (as) will be successful. They will bring about democracy, peace, brotherhood and love, insha’Allah.
  • I say everyone in the world will be brothers. They say that is not possible. It is being enemies that is wrong. Enmity is difficult. It is that which is baffling. War is difficult. Tanks are built to kill people. They make shells. Engineers work to create ever greater destructive force and kill even more people. They work to see how this shell can be made to kill even more. But in the time of the way of the Mahdi, people will research how to prolong life spans, how people can be more comfortable and happier. Not to build tanks and shells. Not to build war planes. The whole armaments industry will be done away with in the time of the way of the Mahdi. For love. But for now there is such a system that one side is attacking, and the other side has defend themselves. Of course it is legitimate to defend themselves. But the Mahdi (as) will also eradicate that. He will eliminate the system that makes it necessary to self-defend. Aggression will be totally done away with in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as). So tanks and shells will be meaningless. They will all be melted down and used in industry.
  • What is the point of grieving? May Allah forbid, that is to say, “I do not like destiny. I do not like what Allah has created, I see no good in it.” Someone dies in a traffic accident and goes to paradise. Is that anything to grieve over? He will be very upset by your grief. “Why is he saddened? I am perfectly comfortable here,” he will say. It is a sin to dislike something that Allah has created. What is the point in making oneself ill? But if one places one’s trust in Allah and sees that everything is for the best, then Allah will produce good things from them. For example, a relative of ours falls ill. How close is he to Allah? About 10, what happens when he falls ill? His closeness becomes 100. Which is best? 100 are more auspicious. In any case, you are only on this Earth for a short time. To whom does the sick person’s body belong? To Allah. Did he make his own body? To whom does the cell belong? Allah says He breathed His own spirit into the body. That also belongs to Him. Allah makes a change in the body He created. Allah produces pain in the soul. And a person acquires maturity through that pain. Otherwise a person would remain very shallow. He would not appreciate the value of paradise. For example, Allah says that “you were afraid that the people would snatch you away”. 95% of the world have always been afraid of being kidnapped and carried off. That fear was prevalent in the times of the Huns, of the Roman Empire or the Christian Crusades, or in the uprisings in Anatolia. People have always lived with the fear of being carried off. A young girl keeps her eyes down on the ground as she walks around. She is afraid, “what will they do? Will they do anything to me?” That fear of being dragged off will be eliminated in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as). Satan will be slain at the feet of Hazrat Mahdi (as). The dajjal (antichrist) will be slain by Allah. There are various dajjals. There is talk of a very hairy dajjal. That means that is how we will see him on the television. A hairy creature. Why does our Prophet (saas) say that? So that we can recognize him when we see him? This is one of the minor dajjals. Hazrat Mahdi (as) is striving against more than 30 dajjals. Then there is someone who has much knowledge, the system of satan let me say, in the time of the Prophet Jesus (as). He will inflict weariness and forgetfulness and apathy on people. He will cast a spell over people that distracts their attention.
