  Muslims have a duty to create a model of paradise on earth.  The world will embrace Islam once a quality society and a quality world prevails.  A ministry of culture could be set up for people of quality to emerge  Allah granted Prophet Sulaiman (as) the sovereignty of the world because he prioritised artistry, aesthetics and love.  Europe embraces modern Islam peculiar to the Companions of our Prophet (saas). Europe is essentially against fanaticism and coarseness.
